Very disappointing stay. > Door handles to one of the sliding doors inside broke as we tried to open the door. The main entrance door lock wasn’t working!! > There was always a foul smell in the kitchen/ hall area. > There were no dustbins in the kitchen!! Not even in the bedrooms. Only washrooms had them. > Connection points were at inconvenient locations.

Worst hotel in Bali and one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Dirty room, greasy floor, broken doorhandle, window shade is not working. Bed sheets were dirty, I got papules on my arms the next day. The table waa greasy. The room was large but uncomfortable. There was no hotel sandals despite the greasy floor. Extemely poor service and no action over our complaint. Overpriced and isolated location; I can get a better room at 15 usd on other hotels. Far from beach and restaurants.

This Villa is so cozy and feel so private.. but the location is not near tourist attraction.. you better rent a car or motorcycle.. the staffs were so friendly and helpful :) thanks Grand Kesambi. Breakfast was tasty!
The room is big but no necessities in the room. The breakfast is just standard, the staffs are quite friendly but the security is so annoying and not friendly.

Villas can be cleaner, lack of details. There is stove but they do not provide utensils and etc. Villa Configuration was bad such as pool location. Cleanliness was the main issue. The upside : Staff was great, request was efficiently done but attentiveness could be improve especially during emergency situation. Overall, good stay but wont come back.

1. Location of this property is very far from everything so basically you must have your own transportation. 2. Check in time was so long over 15min since they looked not busy and the time I stayed there wasn't holiday season. 3. My room was a Delux type no. 3008 ac was fine and cool, room is a good size but the big issue with the small so called bathroom the water pressure is very dam low and the sewerage system is bad. 4. Internet connection is so funny it works in other rooms and not fast. 5. Breakfast is a big joke. I've been coming to Bali since 2004 and put it this way it's worst experience ever! waste of time and money and my advice is to look elsewhere.

We rent the villa with private pool. We are satisfied with The aminities and the cleaniness. The breakfast buffet wasnt that good. We stayed for 3 nights. The first day breakfast we came around 9am, and the buffet was empty, they refill it about 20-30 after we came. The second day we came earlier. Around 8.30am. And the buffet also empty, they didn't refill it until we left. So, it's better not taking the breakfast package. The location is quite far from the touristic area. But if you only want to enjoy the resort, the atmosphere, location won't be a problem. Near the location, there's plenty choices of Indonesian street food. The staff coordination between front office and the F&B wasn't very good.

Our stay here was wonderful. Massive room, which was cleaned very well everyday. Had everything we needed, gym, big pool, bike rental, and lovely staff. The breakfast included was so worth it!! We wanted lots protein in the morning after the gym and even though it wasn’t on the menu the kitchen made exactly what we wanted everyday - 5star service !! Really recommend very relaxing resort, near everything

Young and untrained staff”
Staff are polite but very young and not trained, no eftpos, breakfast very poor for local and expat, was nice room but not clean, advertise as 4 star but lucky to be 2. Sorry but wouldn’t recommend and won’t use again.

We had an issue regarding the payment and they helped us really well. I am very satisfied with that. Someone commented that they don't speak english. They do actually. And pretty well compared to all Indonesian hotels.

not ready to sell.”
we booked a 2 bed room pool villa and we checked in when the property was pretty much fully booked. the first night we stayed in a villa that seemed like just finished its construction the day before. the floor is still dusty, the pool has a bit of soil and very dirty, the sink was leaking, no rug to wipe the water, the water in the wastafel of second bathroom was not running, and I can go on all day about the incompleteness of this first room. however, the Sales Manager who was in charge on that day offer for us to move to another villa on the next day when the other guest will have checked out. after we did moved, the second villa was more ready to sell. only the toilet in the main bedroom was stink like gotter. breakfast on day 1 was okay. breakfast on day 2 they didn't have milk, nor creamer and the food was worse than day 1. basically it's a nice area for peace and quite. nice property and staff was always ready to help, just I don't think they are ready for a full occupancy for now.
