“Excellent”
It was really a great hotel with a convenient location. The staff is very friendly and guided us for good shopping and food place. Breakfast is basic but we are supplied with extra bread and yogurt for free. I will recommend this hotel for backpackers.

“Not what is booked”
There are many cheap hotels around, but booking this hotel as it seems clean and decent from the photos. Arrived early and told that the staff will prepare the room for us within 1-2hr, so we decided to walk around for food. Being tired from the long haul flight all the way from Sydney, we got back to the hotel after a long walk around the city expecting to get checked-in into our room with balcony. It was hell when we got transferred to another hotel with small room that seems dodgy. Seeing how unhappy I was, we were upgraded to a bigger room with 2 double bed, got back to hisbiscus and the owner complained how he needs to pay more for the upgrade (it isn't even a very nice hotel we were transferred to). Booking said free breakfast and were told to come back to hisbiscus (around 6mins walk each way) for breakfast, but the next morning we were there, we weren't even offered breakfast - well, we wanted to eat out anyway. I can't review on the rooms as I had no chance to stay there, but service wise, no no no. It became awkward once you doesn't seem to be a profitable customer - although we booked our Hanoi-Ninh Binh bus through them, we feel ignored. At least it's just a one-night stay.

“The worst hotel”
Have nightmare for this hotel. The room is so dirty...and while i arrived the hotel, the stuff request me to stay to another hotel due to no room..

“Great stay,value for money”
location is good.. love the bed and aircon. boss is a young handsome guy.. care about customer.. asking if there are room to improve.. good service.. will stay again when visiting

“Pushy Host / Loud rooms”
Ill keep this brief, When you have flown for 15 hours, with no sleep the last thing you want is a hotel manager trying to get you to book tours through him for the next 30 minutes, nor do you want to be asked every time you leave your room or enter the hotel, if you want to book a tour and "what do you have planned for today, tomorrow" . I understand some people like this and want to just go ahead and have someone do everything for them, but there is a line of "leave us alone, we are on a holiday". We were also treated dramatically differently once he released we weren't going to book a tour everyday with him. The breakfasts were poor and no fresh waters were provided daily (as stated on the booking). Our rooms were made up, but the bathrooms weren't cleaned at all, i think just swept the room, made the bed and took out the rubbish. Very loud hostels surrounding the hotel and it seems they like to party at these particular ones. We are a couple who aren't easily upset or annoyed at these things, but after 4 days of it, we cracked. Wouldn't stay there again.

“good place”
We stayed this hotel 5 days.staff are so friendly and kind. Room doesn't have view but small Window have. This hotel have breakfast and airport transfer service.Available Wi-Fi. This hotel to Hoan kiem lake are about 10 min to walk, so you won't miss it. The way to this hotel to Hoan kiem lake that lots of souvenir shops and local restaurant.
