We love this resort!”
One of the most beautiful resort we have been and on this island it is definitely the best choice. The service was top, we had a little problem with contacting the hotel on Koh Mak and we didn't know how to get from Koh Kood to Koh Mak, our butler "Khun Ae" arranged everything for us, also we want to thank F&B staff at breakfast, especially "Khun Yim" and "Khun Eye", for your excellent service. You can feel that the staff here are happy to serve you and they really love what they do (we have been in another resort with the same price level that service was not like the way it should be). First we doubt to book because of the higher price but after we have been there, it was worth it! We rent a bike and have seen other hotels on Koh Kood and can tell that this is the one and only choice we will make for a stay on Koh Kood and will definitely recommend to our friends&family.

Very high standard and value with all payment! Room is large, nice bed, very clean, great amenity, private, and very comfortable. The location is special, clean long beach, fishes are swimming close by your knee. Swimming pool is the best! Salt pool and very large. Enjoy nature inside the hotel trees, plants, flowers, and walk on smooth grassed. Foods are yum! Pizza is good, same to steak and Thai foods. All good! Highly recommend.

Beautiful Stay at the High Season, rooms immaculate, private pool was perfect for after beach relax, location sublime, beach super clean, water clean and blue, relaxation central 100%, hotel staff very friendly and would highly recommend this property. Overall very happy with the stay and would love to return. Downsides: Prices for food / drinks are unnecessarily high compared to other local establishments as were the massage services. Service very very friendly, but inefficient, check in was a little delayed and no welcome drink offered until in room (at the bar would have been more appropriate as we waited 1 hour there for our room). Also knowing how long we would wait would have been nice after our 8 hour early morning journey from Bangkok. Breakfast service always with a beautiful Thai smile, but having coffee machine on the same floor would make more sense for the hotel, as waiting time for juice and coffee during busy periods was rather excessive. I need my morning coffee ASAP. (Although inRoom coffee stock was very very good). Breakfast Food selection very nice and the eggs were eggcellent! (As was the coffee when it arrived). Room service was prompt and efficient. Really no complaints apart from generally the service efficiency could be improved (and I’m used to that as I live in Spain). Overall 9.5 / 10 Thanks for a beautiful stay!!

I love it here. Natural settings. Spacious, clean Grand Pool Villa. Friendly staff. Great service. Love the Thai footbath out front to wash off sand before coming in to villa. Love the Thai bath in the back. Except to go diving, I haven’t left the resort. Enjoying the food as well. Both Thai and Italians. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed for 4 nights and had an wonderful time. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Food is really good, especially the breakfast. The water and beach is one of the cleanest and best I've ever seen.

Great Place to stay. ”
It was my birthday trip. The room was beautiful with super comfy bed. There are many choices of restaurant in the hotel. I got a chance to dine on the "Bird Nest" the view was stunning it was such a beautiful dinner. The down side was only that the villas are located to close to each other with only thin bushes between, you can hear when your neighbors open or shut the door. It would be better if hotel could provide more privacy. Overall, I love this trip :).

As for Privacy, we are aware of this important thing where we have also buit up the wooden fence for more privacy but unfortunately it was fuly booked at that time. Not cheap, but this was the best resort/hotel experience I've ever had. Beautiful location, lovely huge pool and great villa pools too. The little touches in the room are what makes it - High Season bookmarks, daily sweets, aromatherapy burners refreshed every day. Go for it if you can possibly afford it!
