Stay here. A bit more than Riverside but well worth it”
Stay here. Really clean, everything works, they don't lie about facilities and tell you. Oh that's not available right now (it's never available). At the end of the day you will look forward to coming back here, not wondering if they've actually made up your room are your belongings still there. Plus they have a reasonable sized pool (many don't) and a fantastic view of the city. Just an FYI passapp for really cheap taxis is about half the price of anything else and if you want some food, even supermarket essentials, use food panda app. So simple. All in English and can link to foreign credit card. With discounts it's often cheaper than going to the shop and no minimum order. $0.35 delivery. Enjoy.

We stayed here for 2 nights in Nov 2019. The staff at the reception are all very nice in welcoming us. The hotel does sell SIM card for US$2 and then you can walk over to the money exchange shop with yellow front next to the hotel to buy a US$ 1 recharge coupon. This is a great time saver for us as we thought we have to get to a mobile shop to buy a SIM. We also use the steam room and hot spa at the pool level. Very nice. The pool offers a very good view over the cityscape. I have to mention one particular staff - Nak. He is extremely attentive with his service and also help us in setting up our mobile phone. Well done! We will stay here again when we come back! And one particular staff is Nak, he is extremely helpful in helping us to set up our SIM card in our mobile phone.

Pros: - Helpful staffs who explained everything clear and simple, also very flexible - Staffs greet you at the gate every time when you arrive the hotel with Tuktuk. It makes you feel at home and safe:) - super clean room, they just mopped my room before I entered - very practical price, I wish I would stay there once I came to Phnom Penh - very nice view from the toproof swimming pool, very clean as well Cons: Skybar is still under construction. I'd like to go there next time

We booked this place after the initial place we booked in PP was so bad we had to leave. Let me tell you, it saved our lives and ticks ALL of the boxes, especially for value. Clean, well-kept and updated, comfortable beds/pillows, rooftop pool and lounge area, restaurant, near a cornermart, have their own tuktuk guys with very reasonable prices. The even have a free computer/printer in the lobby. We ended up booking a 2nd night on our way back through a week later and it was just as lovely the 2nd time around. Thank you!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The washroom was more modern but the room decor is a little outdated in colour and style. However, would highly recommend for anyone busy in the city and needing a clean place to stay for good value. The gym is spacious and table tennis is a nice addition!

Felt like home thanks to the amazing staff. Rooms were perfect, spacious and clean. Facilities were amazing: 4 jacuzzis, 1 swimming pool and a huge fitness area. We stayed longer that we thought and will definitely come back.

Dry sauna with hot and cold pools on the rooftop is a huge bonus. Proper filtered coffee at the breakfast as well (the breakfast itself is a miss). Nice location, clean rooms, and friendly staff.

The room was very clean than expected, and the bedding was soft and neat and nice. The toilet drainage and water pressure were fine, most of all, the hot water came out well!! The reception staff was consistently friendly and given detailed explaination my requests, making my stay very comfortable. Although there is a feeling that the auxiliary facilities are rather small and not diverse (the roof top seems not to have been opened yet), the overall service and room condition were very satisfactory for the price, so if I visit Phnom Penh again, I would like to stay again is where there is.

This is a great location, fantastic value for money. The rooms are small if you book in entry level.. but then there are choices available. Great restaurants, eateries of various kinds - local street side food to super high end fine dining restaurants are all in walking distance.

I had a great stay at HM Grand Central. As a solo backpacker, I needed somewhere I could rest and recharge for 24 hours and this was ideal. Excellent pool, nice sauna facilities and basic but adequate gym. Room was clean and comfortable. Water fountain to reduce plastic bottles and use of computer to print onwards flight. Would definitely stay again if in PP.

I'm slightly annoyed to post the review as it means it will be even harder to get a room in future, but credit where credit is due. Really enjoyed every night I've spent there. So much better than places on the Riverside who often treat you like an inconvenience for their small, dirty, smelly rooms with intermitten WiFi and none of the facilities they promise. I live here. Trust me, pay the bit extra.
