Horrible experience. Best avoided.”
It was a totally bad experience. The hotel claims itself as 3-star, but to our dismay we found that none of that is true. There is no room service, no restaurant, no wifi, toilets don't have warm water, water doesn't come out of some of the taps in the toilet, the extra bed that we had booked was extremely dirty so we had to return it without using it. When we cut short our stay they promised over the counter that the extra day's money will be refunded, but later on changed their position and claimed it cannot be refunded. They could have been at least been honest about it at the outset! Overall, a horrible experience. Not recommended.

Good Location , Cleanliness & Staff Co-operation
Good but to improve upon 3 things 1. Provide Breakfast & Coffee ONTIME 2. Improve in Receiption Lighting Systems 3. Can have boarding facility - Rgds-MKNRAO Dear Sir, I have occupied only one room & the other room booked was cancelled by me due to my friend has not accompanied me & the same room was given to another customer . I request you to refund Rs6700 as I have not utilized one more room & credit to my CARD Account & do the needful - Rgds-MKNRAO Also , You have no direct Email facility & India phone No to Contact . Pl let me know your direct Email & phone contact . It is very difficult for me to deal for next trip if you do not give me these things .Pl reply to my Email ID - Rgds -MKNRAO

Hot water, TV available and situated near to Lake.
This hotel is average quality. They have hot water facility, TV and situated near to Lake. Maintenance is not good. No wi-fi internet. No breakfast but they provide tea/coffe which is extra cost.

It is worst hotel to stay. It is Lodge. ”

Bad experience. We are also got cheated while booking. No one told us that there is no room service during off season. Hotel Cliffton is Lodge and not a hotel. It can not be put under Hotel Category. The service is pathetic, poor cleanness. There were Hotel available at similar price with much better facilities. The attitude of the Hotel Managers were un-acceptable.
