“near ayala mall”
Pros: walking distance to ayala mall. Hotel staff are nice and accomodating, our room is clean they clean it everyday during our stay for 6 days . Breakfast is good. Cons: the only downside is the wifi in our room the connection is very slow need to upgrade your internet connections that's the least you could offer to your guest during their stay since you don't have swimming pool in your hotel. I only experience very good internet connection if were having breakfast in your restaurant area.

“Ok”
It was generally ok initially until breakfast time the folllowing morning. Me and my collegeue ,who was wearing a summer dress with a thin strap, came down for breakfast. She was told that she can't enter the breakfast area unless she wears a blazer or scarf to cover her arms. To be honest, the dress she was wearing was a usual summer dress. Nothing in that particular dress which i belief was provocative, apart from it being sleeveless. To my surprise, i saw a number of non- filipino ladies coming in and out of the breakfast area wearing sandos and very short shorts and a couple of them even wearing mid rib tank tops exposing their bellies and arms, and not being asked to do the same. Was this because we were filipinos? Seriously? Or the staff were not confident enough to address this issue with foreigners. It was not fair at all!!! I really wanted to speak to the manager to raise this issue, but i was not feeling well to enter into this kind discussion.

“Good bed and awesome breakfast buffet”
I enjoyed my Cebu visit because this hotel serves really good breakfast of Filipino and Western dishes. The complimentary internet is a little bit spotty but the overall experience is great as the rooms are spacious. Too bad it doesn't have a bath tub compared to other hotels I have stayed in Cebu. But all in all it is value for money as it is close to Ayala, House of Lechon and other great places to eat and shop in the city.

“Well Situated Hotel”
Hotel was near Ayala Mall which was great! House of Lechon was just situated in front of the hotel, thus a heart attack is just a few steps away. The hotel was nice and clean, breakfast was great as they served local food as well. I did notice that the staff would provide extra attention to the foreign guest, other than that the staff were mostly nice (period). When I drove a rental from the airport, I was actually asked by the receiving staff if I was Uber hence did not even assist. To summarize, the hotel was clean, well located, served good food and at par to be a business hotel.

“POOR HOTEL SERVICE”
We booked 3 rooms two weeks before but when we arrived and checked in the room wasn't yet ready where it was past 3pm already. It looks like the staff are just very lax and they don't care about their guests concerns. We asked for their wines and prices and they had a very few selections and if u have ur own wine they have a corkage fee of 3,500php per bottle. We will not go back to this hotel again and for sure we won't recommend this to others!

“VERY POOR SERVICE”
My Husband and I had our dinner in Flora Cafe with our family. We ordered 5 different dish but each dish it took them 30 minutes to deliver on the table which is terrible were others are done eating already. A very poor service! We ordered also in the room service and they gave us the Flora Cafe menu but when they gave us the bill it was not the same price of what was written in the menu and when we called and asked they said that the room service menu was not yet ready. What a terrible service! None of our family wants to go back to this hotel. Never again...
