Simply go for it..
This was my third stay with them, Excellent service, Centrally located. Good food, friendly staff. (Right from security guard to room attendants). Rooms are quite spacious. Will definitely prefer to stay whenever i visit Trichur. Highly recommended

Best hotel stay I’ve had in India!
This was an absolutely awesome 10 day stay. Every single person from the grounds keepers, the housekeepers, the reception guys, security guards and the restaurant staff made this a stay that left me feeling like I was at home and the staff went above and beyond to insure my stay was quite comfortable. The location of the hotel was in a serene and quiet area, with shops and food places all within walking distance, which was a big plus! My room was large and very comfy. I appreciated how much the staff kept me feeling safe and comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent. I would definitely book here again. 5 star rating is deserved and being treated with much special care and respect by all. Good job to all! Special thanks to the reception guys who were key in helping and assisting in my daily outings.

Bullied by unprofessional staff, worst experience ever!
This hotel was the first we picked for our trip to Cochin last week. As such the booking was done online for both the hotel and taxi from airport to the hotel (which they claim to offer as a service to their customers). All payments were made, with a specific online transfer via HSBC to their account in Kerala before my trip. Upon arrival, the hotel did not send the taxi, after making several calls, they sent someone 1.5 hours later. So my elderly mother and I just stood and waited outside the airport the entire time. (NB: just take the new pre-paid taxis offered at the airport. I think it is safer and hassle-free) When we got to the hotel, we were given our rooms and I thought my ordeal was over. But no. They told me that they had not received payment for the taxi, even though I paid online. I reminded them that I wanted to pay cash, but they had told me to make an online transfer instead, saying they had to hire a taxi from outside. I told them online transactions would take time, but they were the ones who insisted. I showed them my payment voucher which I had also sent to them via email before my trip. Yet they kept insisting I pay again in cash. When I asked them what about refunding the online transaction, they said their bank could not do that. So in effect, the staff at this hotel was extorting me to make a double payment for one taxi fare. They also said I could not leave the hotel without making the payment. I was shocked by this behaviour and considered contacting my embassy. Being a single lady traveller with my mother, I very humbly asked them to please let me continue on to Cochin and gave them the hotel address I would be staying in. I told them the payment was made and perhaps they needed to wait a day or two for the transaction to be reflected in their account. In Cochin, I called my bank who told me clearly they had paid the money in full and gave me all the details (I made an online transaction on 16 June and payment was made to their local

State Bank of India was credited with your transfer of USD 25 from your HSBC account to our account only on 29th July 2017 ie 8 days after your check out (copy of the bank statement attached).While thanking you for the payment done, we request you to kindly refrain from falsely accusing the Hotel or its staff members for no fault of theirs. They were only carrying out their duties to the best of their ability in following up for payments not received for services availed from or through the hotel.They were also following instructions clearly left by you to be contacted at Hotel Imperial Regency Cochin if your payment was not cleared.The hotel cannot be blamed/held liable or take up responsibility for money transfers done by guests but not received.
