HOTEL MARS The JEWEL CROWN STAY COMFORTS IN PALLAVARAM
The hotel is very new and its approach is customer friendly. I think it was the first among all, to introduce airport pick up and drop that to free to all Guests It is highly efficient group of team members led by Shri R Nagarajan Iyengar. He virtually controls, monitors, supervises, manages and even at times does the work of front office I reserve and hold myself regarding the hotel CMD and his son who was trained in MBA STRM College Singaperum,al koil/kattangalathur Wellcome bouquet with fruit basket iis nice fantastic and humble gesture,. for all Guests. Prayers rooms are open 24 x 7 x 365. Anbody can go anytime to offer his prayers for everybody well beings

Quality of food hopeless, was served almost stale vegetable; no fresh air ambiance, smoking smell in and around, mosquitoes, staff rang doorbell at 11.30 in the night incessantly, waking me up (when I had booked wake up alarm to board early morning flight) to collect utensils which were not there in the room!! Only one channel subscribed in name of tv.

Hotel is good but very old need to be renovate. rest all are average good at price. Invoice is not given i have been told that Agoda will give you invoice.

A TOTAL CHEATER..!
It's a horrible place with nasty staff. What they show in picture wasn't real. It's a no star hotel with broken furniture, dirty bed, cockroach filled bathroom with no locks and toiletries. No staff to help and simply said to me if.. No like.. Leave..!! I left the hotel after seeing the condition of the room and no courteous talks of staff. Please don't recommend such hotel for your customer in future. Appreciate your concern over taking action against their staff attitude and hotel management. I would like to request for a full refund on the bookings plus expenses incurred on transport from the airport including for the hustle taking another transport finding other hotels early morning in a foreign country like India. Thank you

Very Bad
Do not stay in Mars Hotel.They will cheat you.if you booked in Delex room,they will give you executive room and will tell you,this is Delex room.Staffs are unpolite.No light in Bathroom,cocroaches ..very horrible

Horrible experience
Absolute unclean and shabby hotel and rooms. Locality is pathetic. Would never recommend to anyone.

Not so good; Staffs are not polite.
Only for the people who prefers near Chennai Airport, it is OK. The location is dirty.
The Staff in Hotel front desk asked me why I booked through AGODA. He said online booking is not good & Online companies do not provide proper details. He was, in a way correct; The hotel phone number I got from Agoda was not correct; it was not updated. The location also not so clean; roads in front of hotel is full of dirt & dust. Only airport Transit guests may stay in this hotel. for longer stay, this hotel is not good. Food quality is good. In front of me, two guests vacated the rooms after a night stay (though they booked for longer stay) after seeing the condition of the hotel. Cockroaches roaming inside guest rooms.
