Horrible experience. Agressive staff
The staff doesn't speak a word of English. After checking-in I received a call in my room ordering me to go down and pay at once. When I went down I was yelled at for not having cash and was told to go withdraw immediately. The booking didn't specify it was a cash only establishment. The receptionist kept yelling at me in Korean and when I asked to speak to the manager I was told "tomorrow". As I left, the receptionist kept shouting at me in Korean. I can only guess also from the tone of voice they weren't compliments. The room itself looks much worse than in the pictures. Also the cleanliness leaves much to be desired with several stains on the bed sheets although the cleanining lady was very sweet. This was the only bad experience I had in the country. Completely unusual in Korea.

wonderful hotel
near to mrt station,namdaemun market, myeong dong. staff was very nice, early check in without additional fee. will reference this hotel to relatives and will stay here if there is a chance to seoul. near hotel there is a restaurant with delicious kimchi and good price named iobong.

Clean hotel but with following to notice: 1. Needa pay for toothbrush kit 2. Staff not familiar with the transportation to airport 3. Lobby dont have air conditioning 4. Location close to KTX

not that good
1. near the station, just 3 mins walk, 2. near namdaemun market but restos are not always open 3. they clean the room everyday 4. after checkout, you can leave things at no extra charge
We stayed for 5 days, usually from 10 to 8pm, we are outside. Not that memorable stay because: 1. We cant connect with their wifi services during the entire stay and the staff cant help us solve the issue 2. The kettle is one time usage and we ask for replacement but i dont know it's hard to talk to them 3. Only 3 pillows available for 1 double bed and 1 single bed 4. They cant provide you with additional key If internet is not an issue for you or you have mobile data and you will always be outside, this place is okay but if you will mostly be indoors, the only form of entertainment is the TV (they have good channels)

We stayed two nights and like it. The hotel room was clean and large for two people. Just two minute walk from subway, and about 10 minute walk to Myeong-dong market.

washroom- too old , water leak when taking shower
The counter service is very nice.
It is under my expected. It is not the same as the photos on website. The appearance of the hotel is very old. The bathroom is not enough light and the water would spread over the floor when taking bath.
