    I booked this hotel for my parents in urgent need. I got the hotel at very decent price but the services provided by the hotel staff was excellent. They were very cooperative and helpful as they successfully completed all my request with full-heartedly. The services and support extended by Mr Praveen (at Hotel reception) to my parents was really over and above my expectation. I will surely visit recommend this hotel. The hotel location is also very good and good rooms.

    check in staff so indifferent. charged me more than stated by Agoda. First denied no booking. Later found that AGODA went through booking.com.Lot of noise outside could not sleep. Morning while having breakfast leaving baggage at the reception, the staff sent it with another person. When realized, sort of don't care attitude by reception and staff. Fortunately I have a local person with me who helped to trace the car and retrieve the baggage and kept it for me. if not with limited time for onward flight check in it was a night mare.

    "Near to airport" is the only thing good about this hotel”
    I stayed only a night and i was okay with the facilities for the money i paid. I wont recommend this hotel for family and long stays. Not suitable for vacations as well.

    Location, restaurant, food quality, hotel facility exteremely bad”
    Pro: quiet cheaper than other hotel in that area. I stayed in a so called "master suite". These were the problems: 1. Mosquitos 2. Toilet didnt flush 3. No hot water 4. Tv is there but no channels ( zero) 5. There is a tiny refrigerator but the power plug doesnt filt in the wall power outlet. So refrigerator doesnt work 6. No creditcard. All extra payments are through cash only 7. Food quality is exteremy bad 8. Restaurant is full with dust and mosquitos 9. No paved road to the hotel location 10. Consutuction noise all the time due to construction on the floor above.

    Good property but awful service”
    Pathetic response of staff, unhygienic room, basic amenities not provided in the room. Even on request the staff did not provide glasses for drinking water.no bottles for water provided. Doors not locking properly, Overall a pathetic experience

    Remove Hotel Rainbow International from your listing”
    Even though the hotel is located less than 5km to the airport, the fare for taxi provided by the hotel was more expensive than coming from the city that is more than an hour away. The staff were rude The dining facility has a limited menu but without pricing on it, thus allowing the diner to charge what ever price that they want

    HOTEL DOES NOT SOLVE GUESTS PROBLEMS”
    PRICE, LOCATION, BEDROOM SIZE
    IRRESPONSIBLE EMPLOYEES We started calling the hotel phone before boarding the flight but nobody answered. After our flight landed in Hyderabad Airport, we started calling the hotel phone and around 11 times we called them, yet nobody answered. But, in between these phone calls the hotel mobile phone becomes engaged. Since they did not pick up the phone, I called another hotel which has the similar name and they provided me different mobile telephone number still nobody bothered to answer the phone calls. Finally we went to the Hotel and told them about our phone calls for which they told a big lie "we could not hear the phone ringing due to the rains" Without much waiting we checked in and found the room very spacious. But, there was no hot for bathing, hence we informed the reception and one person came after 45 minutes, he was checking and checking for nearly 10 min and he told us to keep the hot water tap open for 10 mins, nothing happened and we did not get hot water. In fact, the hot water facility is under repair and I do not think they will be repairing it. We found the cupboard door broken and the door does not close properly. There was only one glass provided in the double occupancy room, but two tea cups were kept on the table. In the room only one towel was kept and on requesting we got one more towel. There is only one bulb in the bathroom which does not provide enough light for shaving, another bulb is not installed in the bulb holder. Water closets flushing cover broken. bathroom door is hard to close. Wifi connectivity good in reception area but inside the room its dead slow. For breakfast 4 glasses were kept near the water dispenser and we found guests using the same cup to drink the water. Breakfast is only idly and bread. We stayed on the first floor and while checking out we found all 8 rooms on this floor without any occupants. IT IS NOT A PLACE FOR A FAMILY nor INDIVIDUAL TO STAY. THEY JUST DON'T CARE.

I really appreciate you taking the time out of your busy schedule to write and share your valuable feedback. It is very sad to note that you had an unpleasant experience. Kindly accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. I have personally discussed your valued comments with the concerned departmental head and team and briefed them suitably. We are also having a root cause analysis along with the training department to rectify these loopholes and majorly focusing on skills training to the staff. Corrective measures have been taken to avoid such occurrence in future.
