Great location and good room services. Extensive Menu and prices are reasonable too. ”
Location location location. Good location is important for convenience to customers. Though toilets need a shower screen to prevent water from wetting the toilet seats. And need some wall racks for hanging clothes as no wardrobes available to Premium rooms. Need proper blankets for Premium rooms not bed sheets as blankets. Need remote control for adjusting temperatures of air conditioners.

Hotel crews are always making noise and talking very loud in the corridor. Some pillow are stinking, Other than that is ok.

DISAPPOINTING FRONT DESK STAFF”
THE FRONT DESK CALLED ME 4 TIMES TO ASK IF I WANT TO CONTINUE. I BOOKED FOR TWO NIGHTS BUT THEY DON'T KNOW MY BOOKING. I CAN'T SLEEP BECAUSE OF THAT DISTURBANCE WHEN I'M ABOUT TO SLEEP. POOR AIRCONDITIONING UNIT (DRIPPING WATER) ON THE FIRST DAY.

Odor which i dont know it where it came from, and you can hear people passing by the hallway. And even when elevator opens you can hear everything from the inside. Adult channels should not be the first thing you see when opening the TV.

i wrote a review regarding their terrible staff, a few weeks before, booked anohter stay at the exact location 3 days ago, this happened.... well, they remembered my review so, as expected, my room is right front of the elevator, nonstop noises and loud conversation from the staff whenever they are near my door, and lastly, when the room beside mine was vacated by the previous person, the cleaner turned on the TVat full volume and left it on, i, of course reported it, but hey haha.. as expected.. nothing was done. we just left. I choose my battles..

BLATANT AND DELIBERATE ACTIONS OF STAFF TO INCONVENIENCE”
m a regular patron of this specific branch and i book with agoda for as long as i can remember. lagi ako naghihintay ng room kahit na naka book na ako, ok lang yun.. pero yung huling punta ko last april 2017, i decided to drop by the hotel bago ko sumundo, kahit na out of the way sa susunduin ko, para di na ako maghintay. when i arrived, presented my booking details and informed your staff ahead na may susunduin lang ako and i will be back in an hour para ready na ang room. ok lang daw may naka reserve na sakin at nililinis lang. pagbalik namin after an hour or so, i asked kung anong room number namin, expecting na ready na as per your staff kanina, pero now,sabi sakin WALA PA DAW!! kanina meron ngayon wala, i thought. i got a little upset and said "Sabi nyo kanina meron na nililinis lang" nag sorry yung staff nyo and told us to wait at sandali na lang.. wow intay pa din, sige oks lang.. after a while meron na at pinaakyat na kami. a few hours later i rang your operator to request for ice and water, operator's reply verbatim "sir di na po kami nag bibigay ng pitcher of water, ice lang po meron, gusto nyo ng ice?" nakakagago lang so naisip ko,. basic necessity ng hotel ang tubig tapos inalis and para san yung ice kung walang water or beverage.. nakaka gago ang tone of voice din.. so i asked "when pa nag stop?", sabi sakin matagal na. i asked for the operator's name bago ko ibaba ang phone. wierd kasi since i was there a week ago and meron naman water. i decided to go down and and buy what i need outside. sa lobby nung palabas na ako, i asked yung isang staff bakit wala ng drinking water, nagulat sya at sabi sakin meron naman daw at hindi naman nawala, WOW! gaguhan talaga! I calmly asked for the manager to check what's really going on., only to find out that THERE WAS A DIRECT ORDER TO THE TELEPHONE OPERATOR FROM THE BELLBOY TO DECLINE/MISLEAD/INCONVENIENCE US, GUEST NG HOTEL. APPARENTLY THE BELLBOY TOOK IT PERSONALLY WHEN I GOT UPSET EARLIER FOR MAKING US

Noisy Aircon, No Signal TV and Cigar Smell”
Since I'm under the weather, I booked a room for a day to have a sound sleep/rest. Unfortunately, the first room given to me had a noisy air-con, and television with no signal. In fairness, they were prompt on transferring me to a another room. The second room however smells like cigar, so I even had to ask the attendant to spray some air freshener.
