Skøn beliggenhed dejligt hotel”
Dejligt hotel lige i centrum, nær hovedbanegården. Masser af shopping og gode spisesteder. Muglighed for gå tur i parken ikke langt derfra. Da det er et hotel i centrum, kan der være meget støj og larm. Vi var der i december, så lige uden for døren var der masser af jule tam-tam. Et rigtig godt hotel, med et dejligt personale, rent og pænt.

Clean hotel with central location ”
Check in staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were good and clean and the location of the hotel is very central, close to the main Hannover train station. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Only improvement I would recommend would be to have a bigger variety for the breakfast buffet for the price charged and compared to other hotels of a similar Niveau. Anyway I would recommend this hotel without hesitation and would stay here again.

Staff were very nice and friendly. They give me a room on the 5th floor which has a nice city view,,not as high as expected but at least you can see people walking around. The room is cozy, bed is also nice. Only they provide one pillow, it could be more better if they provide at least 2 pillows. Location is perfect. Shopping center are just nearby as well as the main train station. Buffet is also good. :)

Great location and free public transport”
I always love the fact that Intercity Hotel provides free public transport for their guests on the days of their stays. It is really convenient and worries-free way to explore the city. However, I drove this time, and I don't like the fact that there's no car park in this hotel. I parked my car in another building and there's no direct assess to the hotel from the car park.

No air-conditioning throughout 7-days stay and shifted room midnight due to water leak ”
no A/C during hottest days of summer! None of the employees knew when it will be fixed. Asked everyday during the stay. Unfriendly/ cold replies. Things worsen-abruptly awaken from sleep on 3rd midnight due to water leaks from above room ceiling. Had to shift room immediately. With all these bad experiences , did not get any refunds (reason : booked through 3rd party agent ie. Agoda) AND was also not reimbursed with any free meals. One of the lady staff (presumably supervisor/ manager ) was unfriendly/ impolite.

The location was very good, close to shops, to the main rail station. Breakfast was good, although it was the same both days. The staff was not friendly, not rude, rather indifferent, like a robot. One waiter in breakfast was the only bright light in the hotel, smiling, joking. The room was nice, although the fridge was not working.

€14 for breakfast per person, hot water upon request only as a flask from lobby, no boiling kettle in the room. You have english cnn channels. Likely, u will need to pay additional €4 for upgrade to high speed internet.

Me, my 8 year old daughter and my mum stayed at the hotel for 2 nights over the weekend. We were welcomed very friendly and ugh thank staff was very helpful by giving directions and bringing me an adapter plug to the room. I would recommend this hotel to a friend

Some positives, some negatives”
Very close to Hannover train station and town centre. Free local transport tickets was a nice touch. Clean and tidy but seems a little clinical. Wheelchair access rooms should have a double bed option, our allocated room only had a single bed, a 2nd single bed was added, however we are a married couple..... Tea/coffee in the room would've been a nice touch.
