The Intercity hotel is just 20 meter from central station. The view from my room is very amazing. But the breakfast menu are the same while we were here. The quality of the reception ere not equal in their capability to hamdle guess Over all, The Intercity hotel still the best hotel for us in sxhwerin .thank you Intercity Hotel

The building, seen from outside, is not really charming in a charming town like Schwerin. But inside all services and facilities were excellent!

Specifically booked this hotel for the location and free WiFi. Breakfast was an additional overpriced expense that we did not choose. At check-in I enquired about the wifi password only to be told that the wifi was kaput. Staff were unapologetic and did not offer any compensation. Was told to seek wifi hotspots near the Information centre. The city offers a service for one hour per day. Average hotel room, no tea or coffee making facilities, the standard all-in-one bathroom product and the worst bed I have ever had the misfortune to sleep on with dismal pillows to match. No sleep for two nights and a visit to a masseuse will need to be scheduled. Agoda have also been informed of all of the above, their care factor is zero. They have just lost themselves a good customer.

Specifically booked this hotel for the free wifi and the location next to Schwerin Hauptbanhoff. Was told on check-in that the wifi was broken, so no communication or cable TV. Staff are unfriendly and offered no compensation, not even a measley breakfast. Small room with view of Grunthalplatz and compact bathroom. Had a sleepless night due to the rock hard mattress and lack of pillow support . Being next to the station and only a ten minute walk to Markt Square is the only positive. In the end all of the above would not have been so bad if the staff had been friendly, helpful and hospitable.

Överraskande bra. Ljuvlig utsikt från 6 våningen. Centralt och bra. Minus för parkering, låst bra men krångligt att nå bilen om man ville hämta något.

Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußlaufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, aber sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist super. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Das Personal könnte etwas umgänglicher sein z. B. mit einem guten Tag, wenn man das Hotel betritt, wenn es hinter dem Tresen steht. Eine rühmliche Ausnahme ist eine junge Frau. Leider weiß ich ihren Namen nicht mehr. Die Männer könnten einiges dazu lernen.

Akzeptabel, aber mit Mängeln”
Ich hatte 2 Zimmer für insgesamt 4 Personen gebucht. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß, die Badezimmer waren zweckmäßig. In beiden Zimmern waren die Teppiche eher "ranzig" und sollten dringend shampoonierd oder ausgetauscht werden. Das trifft im übrigen auf die gesamte Auslegeware auch im Restaurantbereich zu. Eines der Badezimmer roch unangenehm und wies am Übergang der Duschetasse zu den Fliesen sehr viel Schimmelbildung auf. Bei fensterlosen Bädern ist das schwer zu verhindern, wenn man nicht ständig daran arbeitet. Entsprechend der Zimmerbeschreibung hier in Agoda verfügen ALLE Zimmer über Telefon und Schließfach. Keines unserer beiden Zimmer hatte ein Telefon oder ein Schließfach. Allerdings wurde an der Rezeption ein Safe angeboten. In einem Raum war ein Mini-Kühlschrank, welcher allerdings nicht kühlte. Lediglich das Licht funktionierte. Im anderen Zimmer hatte man den Kühlschrank ersatzlos entfernt. Das Angebot des Frühstücksbuffets war insgesamt OK aber für die gebotene Qualität fand ich es zu teuer. Das Rührei waren trocken und die geschnittenen Äpfel, die der Obstmischung hinzugefügt wurden hatten teilweise noch die Obstgehäuse und die Stengel an den Apfelabschnitten. Das ist unsauber und lieblos... insbesondere für den verlangten Preis. Zusammengefasst war die Unterkunft preislich okay, aber sie ist definitiv renovierungsbedürftig.
