Bad Service”
Wifi everyday I advised the receptionist there was no. Wifi everyday same response Madam will get someone to look for you. Finally on the last day we have wifi. No hot water I advised when we arrived and they only had a look because I followed the service man. When they fixed it the shower head was replaced and a magic switch turned on for old water. Charged 600 pesos for using car service on 2 days, whilst checking out, receptionist asked for payment it wasn't a problem but they have no card service and when I paid in cash no reciept. Dates confessed on the second last day of departing they asked madam what time are you checking out today. I was surprised and said I had another day showed her my voucher but she didn't believe me so I had to present her with a printed copy. Room to be cleaned requested this and was done at 5pm. Hotel did not offer a discount or an apology for my inconvenience.

Quick overnight with fam”
kid friendly rooms, good airconditioning, food was accessible, it was also near the convenience store, staff were nice too and the internet was working

Great Management”
A huge hotel, rooms are spacious, under renovation, however the management were great to care for the guests during the stay. Highly recommended.

Shuttle and more food choices ”
The shuttle should be free for all guests, i was told if you book thru agoda or online the shuttle is not free. Also , the hotel restaurant should have more choices of food

One Night at Kay Hotel & Residences”
As I got off the taxi at the entrance, the hotel façade impressed. However, as I got into the lobby... that impression fell down by about 30%. Check-In took a while...staff full of smile but not sure if she fully understood my reasonable English. Then, as I proceeded to the room, with the bell boy, there was only 1 lift working and with no ventilator. The level corridors were also with stale and still air. As I entered the room.... hmmm... another 30% drop in expectation. Room was really plain... sheets were dusty and stained in bits. Tried to login WIFI but the given password was rejected. Asked the bell boy for assistance but was told to call front desk. Asked for extra pillow but was told to check with housekeeping. Asked for a bucket of ice but was told to call room service. I travelled light so it was just my small bag which I carried myself. So for zero assistance rendered... he still was waiting for a tip... which I gave. Checked the phone after he left... no number directory sticker on the phone for all those in-house hotel services. So I kind of managed to get front desk by pressing some buttons at random. Next morning... was charged for breakfast even though the booking was with breakfast. Checkout took like 20mins. Just wanted to get out of that place as soon as possible.... never going back there again.

don't waste your money”
This hotel id's not worth your money. The staff is impolite and not helpful. The pool is cloudy and filled with trash. The restaurant has very little selection and has no table menus. You have to order from a chalk board on the wall. I had breakfast included but had to fight the manager everyday to get breakfast. Daily room clean up was always late and never replaced the toilet tissue or the two complimentary bottles of water that were promised. Had to go to front desk and complain everyday to get these items replaced. Front desk called the room at midnight on the second night just to do a courtesy check up on the room. Do not waste your money on K Hotel. There are far better choices you can make.

Good for short stays!”
This hotel is in process of renovation and new management. The location is far from the main city area, about 15-20 mins walk. There are few restaurants nearby, only a seven eleven conveniently downstairs. The room is basic - don't have any high expectation here, its fine for a short stay. Staff is accommodating but appears to be quite new to hospitality and needs to get better trained.

Don't book here if you want to relax with family.”
Booked a family suite and all the pictures in Agoda is not the same when we enter the room. No refrigirator, no microwave, no bath tub and the sofa in the living room area is very different. The sofa in the picture is L-shape but when we enter, it's just a two seater one. The breakfast is in plate with scambled egg, bacon and bread. No utensils given to us but when we asked, the staff gave us a huge one (trying to be rude). There is a trolley for luggage and groceries inside the living which they said they have been looking for it. Totally disappointing.
