Hotels regardless of star rating should understand that the one basic and compulsory requirement is cleanliness. It doesn't matter if there's a tv or not or painting on the walls. Lotus hasn't quite got this concept. Had to change room three times for various reasons like shoe prints on the sheet, leaking toilet and dirty room floors with more shoe marks and strains of hair clearly visible. We were only staying one night on the way to toraja and couldn't wait to leave early the next morning. Oh and the morning nasi goreng had the texture of rubber never mind the taste. One helpful staff who registered us in but the others we encountered pretty much had a tidak apa (can't be bothered) attitude

I want to make a specific reference to this hotel, I feel sorry for the good people who work there, after being sick in this facility, I specifically asked to be accompanied to the bus terminal, to go to Makassar, but instead have been accompanied by a private taxi his friend, nothing is served my protests, I do not know what will be arrogance to decide as I have to travel! have been for an hour having discomfort due to not having rispettatola my will! In the future if you want respect respected customers!

Peace but not value for money.
Well... Only like the location peaceful.
inexperience receptionist. caused a slight delay upon check-in to the hotel. breakfast was perfectly served to the room but with no drinks hopefully can reduce the rate for the hotel a little. overall i am happy
