Exceptional stay with good food! ”
New hotel with clean room and relaxing. We were served with welcome drink upon arrival and required $50 deposit to cover incidental charge. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy, but the size is not as large as King bed. There was balcony in our room but no chair or bench to enjoy beautiful city view at night. There is coffee/tea station with electric kettle, mini bar and large wardrobes with safety box. Large bathroom with full amenity set up, big shower room with hot/cold water. Beautiful swimming pool on rooftop and gym. Breakfast was served in a beautiful presentation and delicious except noodle soup was too plain and limited choice for us with 6nights stay. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is right behind the Ministry of Defense where there are military guards stand by to open the barrier in and out which feel a bit wired and not convenience. In overall we had a pleasant stay and highly recommended.

Great place with an amazing view”
Great hotel! Very clean! The view is amazing. Staff very professional. Excellent breakfast. Pool very nice. Best hotel I’ve stayed in Phnom Penh by far. There is a 50$ cash deposit which is not indicated in the booking - should be part of the description. I have no problem paying it but they requested the money without explanation. Had to ask a few questions before understanding what it was for - they do give you a receipt. I would highly recommend this place.

Very safe location near some government authorities with soldiers guarding the entrance and exit. Some tuktuk driver got scared of them so they couldnt enter into the road... Parking lot staffs and security guards were taking great care of their residents. Checking tuktuk's plate number and telling the driver to take me safely to the right location. Also he kindly advised to me to keep my phone and purse inside not close to outside. Parking lot staffs and cleaning staffs are always willing to attend their customers, helping them with opening doors and carrying luggages. The room is equipped with the finest electronic appliances and furniture. AC control was available to the detailed extent and almost no sound from the machine. Good lighting fixtures and the huge veranda for a hotel room in a city is just perfect for enjoying night city view. Meals from the restaurant down there are all delicious. Bai ssac jzruk, rice with chicken bbq, vietnamese spring roll, and fresh coconut juice. But the price for their menu is bit overly priced. One huge fresh cold coconut juicr i had at a restaurant in Siem Reap was only $1 but Luxcity's coconut juice is $3.5 🤷♀️. Bai ssac jzruk (marinated pork meats with rice and fried egg) was $6 or $7. Except for the great hospitality from awesome people and delicious quality meals, I was unhappy with their policy taking $100 as a deposit. They will return it back to you when u leave the hotel. It was a big deal for me as I'm a student with limited budget. But for business travelers, it won't be a big deal.

Staff are awesome, room was nice and spacious. Very clean and bed very comfortable. Only thing is that the hot water does run out near the end of the shower so shower quickly! Or give it some time for it to regenerate again for the next shower. Will come again!

Best place to stay in Phnom Penh”
I would strongly recommend this property for business travellers as well as tourists. I have been traveling to CAMBODIA for last 7-8 years and have stayed in many hotels however this was my first time in Luxcity( Lyve inc) abd was pleasantly amazed with the rooms ambience and hospitality. Its value for money location is great too . Only flip side is set break fast menu if they change to buffet breakfast it will be great

3 years travelling frequently to Phnom Penh. Lumiere Residence cleanliness is top notch and the bed is also the most comfortable. Internet is excellent. Highly recommended.

I always stay at the Lumiere because its a good hotel residence. The staff is very friendly and the management is pretty good. The Residence is still fairly new so all the facilities such as the gym etc is still in good condition. Keep up the good work!

New, Spacious Room, Clean and Location ”
This is another new property owned by a local in a highly secured military compound. Strategically located at the government ministry zone for those coming for official meetings. New Phnom Phnom Megamall opening opposite soon. The famous Mike's Burger located around the corner. In house meals are reasonably priced. Friendly staff that are willing to help at all times. Only complaint is the air-condition at the lobby is not strong enough, and corridors leading to rooms are without aircondition. This problem could be easily solved with green building features. Price is good if bookings done through agoda. Will likely to be my featured hotel in coming trips.

It is a good hotel for business travel. The laundromat is free but you need to have your own detergent. The breakfast is great with a good selection of various western style and also local and Asian selections. It is quite near to airport. But the hotel is not near to any convenience shops shopping malls and eateries.

I was very satisfied and happy to stay in this hotel. The room is clean and new especially at the room’s balcony could see the nice night view. The hotel staff from bell boy, front desk and restaurant, they were friendly and very responsive to my enquires. Although the food was not much choices but taste so good. I would come back to stay in this hotel if I travel to Phnom Penh again!

This is one of the hotels I would remember and will return, it suits me well as my priority in choosing a hotel are just a very comfortable bed, good TV channels, powerful rain shower with good drainage, well positoned air con system, balcony with good view and a totally dark room when I sleep, and have to mention about their staffs professionalism, I was served most of the time by Ms Chenda, she was so professional and caring, I left my passport at the counter and she personally called me and say that I don't need to go down as I might be tired of my trip she will bring it up to me, 5 star, and also their manager(good manager, good staff -))) I think his name was Saravut, and they don't have a tip box at their reception counter-)))
