The room size
We made a booking through a gods and showed this upon arrival, staff members just said "ok ok" and ushered us to a room. That night we ordered food, only one meal was brought out. On check out we were slapped with a bill for the room which we had already paid for online, they didn't seem to understand this, after 20 minutes and 3 conversations on the phone they finally understood that we had paid. Also whilst on the phone we were asked numerous times where we were going, they were trying to sell us a taxi rather than sort the situation out! Secondly they tried to charge us for the meal we never received, which they then said it was because they had doubled up the portion for the meal we did - they hadnt! And then they tried to triple the charge for the breakfast we ate there, £6 for 3 slices of toast! We understand there is a language barrier but the staff just do not listen, the location is pretty terrible too but there a good bus links right outside. The room was a clean and a deny size. I would not recommend staying here

lovely staff, prompt service, clean and modern facilities
hotel appeared to have a lovely pool, which it did not. photos were of nearby hotel's pool. we were allowed to use the nearby hotel's pool, but not told till after the event that we had to pay for the pool usage!! we were also disappointed at the huge difference in the cost of getting an a/c double room. our double room was smaller that our friend's single room, yet we were asked to pay such a huge difference in price.

Obloukem vyhnout!!!”
Pokoj temný a hlučný, plíseň, šváby, snídaně bídná, bazén a zahrada se nacházejí ve vedlejším hotelu Rowala!!! V době návštěvy nepoužitelné, hotel se chlubí cizím peřím a je předražený!!!
