Best Hotel in Davao”
The location is very good, it's just a few meters away from the famous Roxas Night Market where the best bbq are found. The security is top notch! Food is great, I love cheese, and they have various kinds of cheese on their buffet. The staff in their Continental floor are very warm and very very accommodating. I love Lali so much - she knew how I wanted my coffee. Our waiter (sorry forgot his name) was also very very kind, and he knew how we wanted our eggs done. Housekeeping is also great, they provided us with all our needs. The Hotel may not be as New as compared with other Manila hotels, but it made me (and my family) feel at home and well taken cared of. The Duty Manager Arvin is also very very accommodating. He helped me when my key did not work, and provided us with everything we need. I only have positive words for Marco Polo, and we will definitely go back.

The CSR in charge went the extra mile to satisfy me for me disappointment (linens need updating) and attention to detail on hygiene is not up to standard (professional hotel management ISO reviewer)

A bit silly”
Booked 2 rooms but the hotel management only gave 2 breakfast included for 2 persons(1 room) which was totally absurd since the number of people booked were just 2 persons for 2 rooms. It was a mistake but the hotel could have given the breakfast for 4 people instead of just 2 since the booked rooms were 2. Totally disappointing! No given consideration even they knew already from the emails with the reservation that there are 4 people.
