Nice hotel with good staff and nice ambience. Food is class.and taken care of vegitarians.Nice rooms
Hotel is too good but Agoda booking customer care is very painful and pathetic. I had booked 3rooms with children but voucher came 3 adults in 3 rooms .I had full shooting of booking process.I sent screen shot of that on Minimum price guarrantee form.still no reply than I called mumbai nos .lady spoke to me rude and kept me on hold for more than 10min after that she resolved as if it was favor to me.

Very nice hotel. Must stay here. Enjoy much and peace ful place. Itsconnect all area. Pls come here.
All are good. Family stayed. There is a good location. Comfortable staying. Staff are best. Deciplin is there. Hyderabad come stay at Marigold.

Marigold
I used to stay at this hotel for last few years but every year I come there the quality of the bedding is not so good like it used to. The bedsheets are not smooth and the lint on the sheets are rough and not smooth to the touch making it feel itchy and uncomfortable to sleep.

Excellent room condition and food. Staffs are not very friendly and not helpful. While booking airport drop, the staff was concentrating on his phone and write down my name and time without looking at me even once. After I got back to my room, a phone call came from the reception to confirm my airport drop again and I had to say my name and time again because the staff didn't hear me propoerly and I also asked him that I would pay the fee on counter when I check out and this was also confirmed. Next day, they didn't charge me for airport drop from the desk and I was asked to pay to driver directly. I said OK and asked if the driver will give me the receipt and the reception replied me 'of course, the driver will give me the receipt.'. Unluckily, I paid to the driver directly and the driver won't give any receipt and ask me to contact hotel. I've been talking to the hotel for 2 days now and they confirm to send me invoice to my email everytime I call but nothing received until now. Now, I have to call to hotel once again and explain from the first again and again because staffs change time to time. Troublesome staffs.

Very Unhappy With Management Style
The Duty Manager and another Manger I spoke to named, Ms Shilpee, did not reply to numerous email queries regarding billing. Scenario A - A group of guests from different rooms sitting on the same table at the hotel restaurant. The staff does not bother to ask the guests from which rooms they belong as one meal is 'free' as part of the room rate thus creating a requirement for several bills on one table. Rather, we received multiple extra charges for meals charged to just one room which should have been allocated to other room #s without charge as these meals were complimentary. My name is Daniel and I am still waiting for a reply from a Marigold staff member to correct this issue re Final Bill - Rm # 1139 near 17 April 2016. I've given ample time for a reply. I hope Management will reach out and give me a call or communicate with me with the intention to resolve. I'm very disappointed in the management style to ignore hoping the problem will go away. Unhappy corporate customer.
