Great place for a night”
I stayed here when I was traveling around Bali. It is an older dated motel, but all in all, it was okay. The food is decent, and the room was clean. The thing I did not like AT ALL is that they have a dedicated area for spa with no spa. They outsource the request, and the ladies could not understand English to save their lives. There were assumptions made about my requests, and as I tried to explain, they had no idea what I was saying. It was very frustrating. The front desk staff however were EXCELLENT!!!! Very accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was nice, especially surprised it was free. This is a good place to stay if you want to go see the temple dance.

WORST AND DISRESPECTFUL Front Desk Staff + Manager. ”
NIGHTMARISH EXPERIENCE with the front desk staff and manager. On the night of my check in, the front desk insisted that I double booked using another website (booking.com). I checked my email several times and found no email whatsoever from said website, checked my booking.com account and found no traces of the booking. I showed the front desk staff (Mbak Sucah), and instead of cross-checking with the website, she insisted me that it's my mistake and I still have to pay the full amount (around IDR 7mill). I made a phone call (still in front of Mbak Sucah) to booking.com, where they confirmed that I have no booking on that day because I cancelled them over 20 days ago and it was free cancellation. They told me that they will resend the free cancellation email to the hotel. Mbak Sucah witnessed everything and finally let me check in on my Agoda bookings. She didn't even apologize or anything, but I didn't mind too much because I thought everything was settled. However, the next day, the manager approached me and talk about THE EXACT SAME THING. He told me that they haven't received the free cancellation email from booking.com, and that I still have to pay for these booking as they are counted as 'no show'. He even dared ask me to open my booking.com account in front of him to show him my booking list (which was empty), he scrolled my phone to check and rechecked, which I felt was very insulting. After he did so, I demanded to do the same, asking him to open his email account to show me that there were really no Free Cancellation email in front of my eyes. He was taken aback and declined my request. I told him I had every right to since that was the way they treated me. Eye for an eye. He finally realized his mistake, apologized half-heartedly, and said that he wouldn't make any bigger deal out of it, and acknowledged my cancellation. Without the huge drama, you'd get a crappy breakfast and the rooms' floor didn't feel clean, but it's expected out of a budget hotel. Th

Unprofessional Management”
I was moved to another hotel because there was a problem with the room I booked without any prior confirmation. The room was dawngrade room. Although I was given breakfast for the substitution, the meal and the service were not good.

Convenient for a night”
We spent a night at MaxOne hotel before flying to Lombok, good location for a very quick explore of the area before a flight, awesome swimming pool on the pool to cool down. The room was very small, bathroom with glass wall, little damp smell but not too bad. It's a one night only hotel as far as I'm concerned.

nice but slow”
the hotel was clean and nice budget hotel. but the staff are not friendly and we have to wait for 2 hours to get our room. they slow response to the guest compliaments.
