8,8 “Value for money”
My room was clean, hotel staff were helpful and accommodating. I was also able to use the pool. It's near the bus terminal and airport so I didn't have trouble in commuting. Would stay here again when I go back to Bohol. 👍🏻

2,8 “Loud, poorly maintained, way overpriced.”
The room we wanted was listed online as available, but was not available, even hours after bringing this to the attention of the staff. We booked a room that was nearly twice the price thinking at least it would be better in some way. It wasn't. The traffic noise seemed amplified louder than if standing right next to the road, everything was in disrepair and poorly maintained. The toilet would not complete a flush, the showeread was plugged, very low water pressure, air conditioning was barely functioning and would not lower the humidity in the room below 79% (portable thermometer & humidity guage was used), furniture was ratty and filthy, television was 13" and barely worked, bedding was typical thrift store type mismatched stuff. The whole place was generally filthy by Western standards.

5,0 “Receptionist Made Us Wait for Almost an Hour”
Cheap but a BIG Let Down
I always book through Agoda and I have no problems checking in with the previous inns and hotels I checked in. This one is quite the opposite. The receptionist won't check us in because we didn't bring a printed booking voucher with us. I told her it defeats the purpose if I still carry a paper with me. She had to make a call to her boss just for the sake of verifying our booking even though she already saw our booking confirmation through the email I showed to her on my tab. Hotel/inn owners should train their staff on how to instantly confirm bookings if the guests have already booked online. Don't you realize why we prefer to book online? It's because it's hassle free, thus we don't want to be hassled further when we check in on your place. FYI. N.B.: The whole place doesn't look like what it advertises in the photos they uploaded in Agoda. Won't be back.

3,0 “false adverticement”
We had booked this hotel, because it advertised that it had a pool and a restaurant. The restaurant was closed down and the pool was unswimmable and full of debris. The hotel looked very tired. The small lobby was dominated by a dirty aquarium and dusty piled up computers. Many areas of the hotel were in disrepair. In the room the paint was scraped, several lamps were without light bulbs. It was noisy from traffic. It was located on the out skirts of town and the closest place to eat were at the Island City Mall, which was a 20 minuet walk away.
