There was very dirty in the room. Swimming pool and sauna are great. Food in the restaurant was tasty.

Fremragende
Good value for money. The staff our friendly and cooperative. The hotel is right in the centre of Tol Kork. If you do have work in this area of Phnom Penh one of the very good places to stay.

Rigtig godt
Overall the hotel is nice and clean. Bath tub design is too deep, it might not safe. Hotel breakfast is not international standard, only few variety. Hope it can be improve.

I have stayed at Midland many, many times, but this time was the last one. Everything about the hotel is colored by stingy attitude. One thing is that they don't have a buffet for breakfast, which is supposed to be included in the order. I understand that they can't have a buffet With almost no People present. But the fact that they don't even serve you a glass of juice for free at request when you have paid for a breakfast, is inacceptable. This time I was also charged by the receptionist for tea and other Things that I hadn't taken from the minibar, but as stupid as it is: Those People tell you right in Your face that you HAVE taken this beverage. So my flight was awaiting, and you have no other Choice than just pay for the Things you haven't consumed. Staff has in general very poor English capacity, which makes communication very hard, not to say impossible. Also - New of this year - I was refused to put my Food bill on the room. New policy told that I had to pay cash - period. So I have had my last stay at Midland.

It's a small thing, but still: I'm discouraged that a hotel which sells nightly bookings including breakfast, doesn't serve you any other drink than water or tea/coffee. Most of us from the West, at least, like to drink juice of some kind or some other cold drink with our breakfast, but at Midland you need to pay an extra USD 2,50 for a simple glass of Orange Juice. I have stayed there several times and repeatedly explained to them that this practice seems stingy to Western guests, but until now, no change. Another thing: The aircon in the room where we stayed, were not at all capable of cooling the room to an acceptable level. So, that was the small minuses. The rest is fine.

One of best deals in phnom penh
This hotel has all 4 star facilities at regular hotel price. Restuarant food is good, pool larger than many other hotels, first class proper gym, the best Ive seen in all the hotels ive stayed in phnom penh. sauna and good security for transport. Only negative is location and aircon could be improved, wifi good.
