Horrible service & NO Air Conditioning
1. Requested for 2 additional bottle water & shower gel (they provided tiny bottle shower gel for 2 person is just too little considering the fact we need to shower the next morning too). They said they will send over to our room, waited for 30mins & nobody came. I called again & they say will send it up. Waited another 30mins & nobody came, in the end I went down to the lobby & they told me I need to bring my empty bottle water to refill myself from the water dispenser! I had to collect my shower gel from the lobby too. 2. Room was quite dark, old & a bit dirty. Wanted to use the toilet, to my surprise there is NO toilet paper!! 3. The air conditioning wasn't working at all! Set the aircon to 16 degrees & I was sweating at night! Room has cigarettes smell as well. I did not request for a smoking room!

Hotel experience
Remote not working. Aircon not working so we have to transfer to another room even if it’s too late just to have a good airconditioner. no slippers provided, towel not so clean and a little smelly. Staff not friendly. Will not go back to this hotel and i will not refer this to them.

Clean rooms but the carpet along the corridor is smelly n dirty.
Pros the room is spacious and clean (purposely took family room), the breakfast was not bad Cons Smelly n dirty corridor carpet.. Should change it to timber or laminated flooring
