Overall are good but furniture quite old. Toilet bowl already spoilt. No supply drinking water. Many mosquito had been bite can't sleep well.

This gives resort like feel in the middle of the city. Big and clean modern rooms. Very good swimming pool. Breakfast ok not expect buffet. recommended.

A very strange place”
Regimented. Disrespect to farangs. Needed to stay 6 days and became to know the place well. We switched rooms 3 times. It's a real shame: pool 25m,(a bit foggy, issues with pump);nice Jacuzzi,ample fitness equipment, but all open to local non residents. The staff isn't trained,if you forget stuff in rooms, its gone+they are inquisitive about your suitcases! Our toilet got blocked, they stressed about a 2500bht penalty(silly)but tried a broken plunger to unblock it unsuccessfully, left us 2 days with it, before I pointed out the problem and replacement and a friendly (whow at least one!)young girl fixed it! Best room with bath tub and shower, but no hot water! Internet worked for 1. day, than not until last. Dep.early morning,but no water at all in room, had cold shower at pool. The place is isolated and far from town (6km) Turning off things to save money and implementation of bizarre rules are spoiling relaxation.(dont drink that there, dont eat there but here,signs&penalties everywhere!) We are thick skinned, but were left with: you like our money, but not you. Try it out, see for yourself!

The room was filled with mosquitos, the mosquitos racket battery was dead, we had to exchange it for one from the lobby. The A/C remote was not working properly. The sheets were dirty. The bathroom was horrible, and dirty. The shower water pressure was not even enough to wash hair, barely able to clean the soap off the body the pressure was so low. The toilet seat was dirty and loose, shy to state, but so true...This was our third time staying there, and will certainly be our last time, as this experience was the worst so far. We only continued to stay there because of the pool for the kids to use. Towels smelt old and moldy. The place has been run down, and needs a lot of attention to maintenance. Were charged 600 bht for two sun-bed pads, for the kids to sleep on, and even then we were asked to book a second room next trip for the kids, as the hotel stated they only allowed one child per room. Amazing! Not in a good way either. Why would anyone rent a room for a 6 & 9 year old child to stay in? Or as the hotel staff stated the 6 year old could stay in the room with an adult, but the 9 year old would have to stay in another room with the father, separating the family for a two night stay. Normally if you are charged 300 bht for a cot, you get a roll away bed for that price, but not here, only a 2" mat that is normally used for a sun-bed.

I am from Canada and live in Thailand. I don't often get the opportunity to have a nice bath as I don't have a tub at my home, so whenever I travel I always find a hotel with a bathtub and I usually pay more for that perk, as I did here. Not important to everyone, but it is to me. This is the sole reason I stayed at this hotel. Imagine my dismay when I realized that the bathtub produced luke warm water, at best. There was a monsoon outside, so I was really looking forward to a nice hot bath. This isn't the first time I've encountered this problem in Thailand and it always leaves me super frustrated. You charge me for a perk, you better provide it. The only saving grace was that this hotel actually has a hot tub next to the pool so I went and used that. The pool was good, the hot tub was good, the room was ok, nothing special but not the worst room I've stayed in, pretty unremarkable really. If I had it to do over I would have rented a room without the tub, for less, and been happier.

The pros of the location are: The outdoor activities for the kids. That being the pool area, which is a very large pool, and is a depth suited well for all ages of children. There's a sauna, and jacuzzi as well, so the adults can relax during their stay here. Internet was very good, with a recorded speed of 30mb download, and 15mb upload, which is very good for a hotel, and the wifi was reliable as well. The cons are: the facility is needing a lot of attention to repairs within the guests room. Shower fixtures need to be repaired, toilet seats needing to be tightened down, sink faucet needs to be looked after. Remote for A/C unit is difficult to operate, guests need to stand up and be close to the unit for the remote to work, also the A/C needs to be cleaned, the filters are dirty. There's a hot water pot in the rooms, but no coffee is supplied; this is a first for any rooms I've stayed at in Surat Thani, especially at the price of these rooms. We have stayed here before, so it wasn't much of a surprise to us, concerning the condition of the hotel, but we hope that in the future more attention can be paid to the maintenance of the location. There is a gym/ wellness center, but it's also in need of repairs, as most of the equipment is broken or not working. For any guests planning to stay at this location, make sure you have your own transportation, or you will certainly have a hard time getting a taxi, or any other kind of public transportation from the hotel itself, as the location is remotely situated from any services from the outside. Morning breakfast is basically non existent, unless you're looking for a terrible cup of coffee. Luckily we knew beforehand what the morning breakfast is like, so we didn't opted for that to be included in our room rate, but for others thinking of staying here, it's best to make plans from the outside, for your meals.

2 things that could be improved 1. Wood outer Bed platforms should be cut off...how many times do people bang their legs? Good Matttesses. Comfortable sleep. 2. The very dirty mopp used with smelly chemical cleaner used to clean the tile floor did not actually clean the floor , just spread more dirt around. Love the style of bathrooms,

When are travelers going to realize hotels like these in the provinces are set up for Thais. After reading the reviews on agoda I was sold on this hotel. Big carpark, nice rooms, overlooking river, friendly staff , not much English , breakfast cold fried eggs, instant coffee and 2 sausages, no bread, no fruit, This is Thai style... No English TV! Be happy reviewers from abroad. It's a Thai hotel....but I loved my stay there, The big comfortable bed, pool was clean, although they have children swim lessons for 2 hours every night between 4.30 -6.30 pm.who swim across the pool not long ways Well equipped gym over looking pool, if that's what you are after on your trip. Best part was it was quiet!
