Jaded hotel with pathetic security”
Good Food, Good front office staff, Good location
I visited Hyderabad for a Harley Davidson owners rally, during which I stayed at this hotel from September 25th - September 29th. I read very good reports about the hotel and booked four rooms for me and my fellow riders. However, to say that we were disappointed would be an understatement. The Hotel is literally falling apart and looks and feels very old. Security is pathetic. As we were very particular about the security of our bikes I called the hotel twice in advance and checked regarding the parking facilities provided. I was assured both times that there was safe parking and we had nothing to worry about. However, Parking provided in the basement was terrible with the hotel food and other supplies being loaded and unloaded in the same area. The day before we left two of our bikes were meddled with and damaged. As it was 4 a.m. and we were about to leave when we discovered the damage caused I didn't call the General Manager. However, the night manager, Mr. Manoj, was present and he said that since they have CCTV installed in the parking lot they would identify the culprit. I wrote as well as called the General manager, Mr. Naresh Shukla, regarding this issue but didn't receive any response from them. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and now have to rectify the damage caused to my bike at a huge cost. I cannot recommend this hotel to anybody traveling with their own vehicle and zero points to the hotel for handling a genuine customer complaint.

Really waste of money.. Ac not worked properly..”
Nothing to say good about it.. Only the food is good but not complimentary breakfast is too worst.. Really horrible.. Not worth for money I paid. Even the interiors at lobby doesn't look good.. House keeping is also not good. Even they don't provide sufficient soaps and paper tissues to the room. I never recommend this hotel again.
