Good place !”
The location is bit rush at the peak hours but expect that the hotel is good to stay. The staffs are very helpful.Will stay again when i visit delhi next time.

GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THE HOTEL- THEN STAFF TREATED US THE ABSOLUTE WORST.”
The longest possible story short- We had multiple reservations when we arrived, which we quickly spoke to the staff about, which they promised to cancel without charge. More or less, I then check with them every single day that we stayed that they made the cancellation, etc etc- they say yes yes yes, although I see it still isn't. Then 2 out of 3 of us get incredibly violent food poisoning most definitely from the restaurant upstairs. AND THEN- As we were up all night vomiting we heard rats running around in the ceiling below the kitchen (Which was right above us) The next day, I inform them that this happened and he literally says "So, what do you want me to do about it?" Then, check about the cancellation again. Then, go to check out finally days later and ALL OF A SUDDEN "Oh no you can't cancel, thats against our policy, we thought you just wanted 3 extra rooms to have" Literally. Thats what they said. ANYWAYS- we have a whole tiff with them for an entire hour in the lobby, they all avoided the situation for as long as they could, kept telling us a manager was coming, who never showed. Whatever- We got a 100% refund now two weeks later because they so clearly were punishing us for the inevitable bad review due to the food poisoning. And thats about that. All is said and done with but absolutely do not stay here. IN ADDITION: Even if you don't eat at the restaurant the CLEANING STAFF STARED AT US LIKE WE WERE PIECES OF MEAT every single day, we would just run to our rooms because they made us feel so uncomfortable (Meanwhile, this happened no where else and we were in India for an entire month) But lets land on a joke! Cause we got all our money back and I know management is going to read this eventually- Your "Redefining Hospitality" slogan- yeah... you definitely are.

Not a place to be”
quick check-in, close to station
It was a really bad stay there, luckily only 1 night!! It's close to the New Delhi Station and the Check-In was quick and at about 11.30 a.m. possible - but that's it. The room was really moist and every 5-10 min a room fresheners blows something into the room. The A/C was so bad smelling that we turned it of immediately. The "breakfast" was nearly non-existent, you can get some kelloggs and a toast - that's all. We booked a room with free airport pickup. Since we don't need a pickup we've asked for a free airport drop in the morning - they said it's okay. In the next morning they wan't to charge us 700INR for the transfer and after talking to several guys no one could remember... We take a Uber-Taxi and payed 300INR for it. What a horrible hotel, there many alternatives in Delhi - so try to avoid this place!

quiet comfortable if making some improvement”

I stayed there for 4 nites with my family including consist of 6 people. We reserved room including airport pick up. I was so disappointed with the pick up arrangement. Hotel provided one small car wich only fit for 4 people. I didnt make complaint because my son was so tired at that nite. When finally we got the rooms, rooms were dusty and only 1 towel in each rooms. Towel was not white clean, a little bit grey color due to improper wash I think. Of course I cant force my self to use it. In the morning, I asked for extra and clean towel. The next day everything went better. But still I have to ask extra and clean towel. The nice thing about this hotel is the helpful staffs and the arrangment of city tour. They were also helpful when we reserved 1 day travel to taj mahal. Overall, this hotel is quiet comfortable if they upgrade the cleaning.

Great location. Wonderful staff. Clean room
At first we had an issue with the room we were given. But they quickly changed us into a room of our preference. I would recommend this hotel for backpacking travelers.

Very Comfortable and convenient”
Near Delhi Station; Clean and Comfortable; Attentive staff
I first stayed at Palm Dor in Feb 2013 and liked it so much that I have been recommending it to family and friends both in India and in U.K. For me it is convenient to be near New Delhi Station, and for all the shopping centres. The staff are attentive and helpful. The breakfast is included in the Tariff and is very good value.
