Overall is very good
Overall good service, and friendly staff. Only thing like the gyms weren't open when i tried to access it. Others all is good.

Location and price
Primarily I chose this hotel for its location. Close to railway station, access to public transport, auto, markets everything.

Bad water quality, clogged drains
I stayed in this hotel a few weeks after its opening. And at that time the staff were excellent and everything was clean and I could not have been more happier. Since then, I have stayed a couple of times and each time I observed that everything is a bit downhill. And this time things were the worst in terms of maintenance. The toilet flush wouldn't work and the moment I tried to take a shower, the bath area would fill up with water because the drain wasn't working. And even the wash basin would fill up the moment the tap is opened. The worst thing was the condition of the water. It was brownish or black in colour. I informed this to the hotel staff and the maintenance people came and just took a look and nothing happened. The hotel keeps changing its staff and every time I have booked this hotel, almost all staff are new. I do not think at present they even have waiters to deliver room service, so someone who works in the kitchen or somewhere else delivers the food. I believe the hotel need to improve the standard of their service and retain staff for a longer period because when staff are changing all the time, regular customers of the hotel don't get to enjoy the occasional privileges and helpfulness that many hotels offer to customers who are known to the staff.

A hotel slowly going into demise

Review
The hotel location is excellent, the staffs in reception, restaurant are very good, excellent corporation. The food in restaurant is superb and serving in very traditional way!!!! The housekeeping for the room and common area and lobby is very poor, it is not the problem of staffs, the quality of floor finishes is not good, the room must clean and keep ready before the arrivals of guests, very unprofessional way it kept. Today am in Ernakulam one hotel, the house keeping is excellent here!!!!
