I booked deluxe room and stated street view, but during check in. didn't tell me my room no window. once step in, noticed my room with window and totally diff with the photo. breakfast on Saturday, only porridge and nasi lemak. beverage stand full of ants. breakfast on Sunday, extra choice la. for breakfast, can't direct access from hotel. u need to walk out from the main door and walk in to next door. cos its shoplot building. limited parking, staff will place the parking coupon to ur vehicle. but for parking, depend on ur luck. Hotel got 2 parking lots infront but only for loading. location nearby ECM (East Coast Mall) and KCM (Kuantan City Mall). walking distance think twice before booking. won't come back for 2nd time.

It was my stop over before my journey back to JB the next day and I choose this hotel because of its location and recommendations from other users. Indeed, a great place to stay over with super reasonable price, strategic location near the popular malls, well lited carpark right in front of the hotel, very friendly staffs and comes with a nice spread of breakfast.

The good -location is good, walking distance to mall. -friendly staff -nice free breakfast -good wifi -good hot water shower -have air purifier in room -nice wallpaper -nice bed -have praying mattres inside room -a lot of basic tv channel -everything is good except as below The sad moment -request for non smoking room, but the room smell of smoke -request for room with window/windows but arrive with room with out window, asked at reception the hotel is full they said -some item in room is dusty especially the tv cabinet and item below there -door knob about to broken because its shaking -toilet flush also shaky, please repair before it's broken -feel sad because have indian staff @ reception counter (not sure what name) talk behind us, why check in so early? Although the tima for check in is 2pm,we arrive there past 2pm.hmm "onion auntie/lady" is everywhere haha Overall ~this hotel is value for money, walking distance to mall and restaurant, will visit again, but will ask if have room with windows first.

Location : Very good. Parking : Under hotel - limited. Public parking has more but quite limited too. Cleanliness : Very bad. Room is dusty and has ants all around the desk and floor. Design of room seems modern but actually furnitures quite run down. Inside cupboard is dusty and smelled. Bathroom is moldy. Price: Not really value for money. We booked Executive King room and was disappointed with it. Facilities : None.

The rooms are ok except for some ants creeping in the toilet and carpet. The cleanliness can be upgraded by scrubbing a little bit more for the toilet walls (shower) and floor. The breakfast is simple but filling. Love the nasi lemak. Was hoping that the nasi lemak can be part of the items sold at the cafetaria.

For just one night stay is ok. Room is very small and condition is quite bad like the toilet, towel but based on the pricing, its acceptable. Breakfast we were late and so cannot comment.

OVERALL GOOD STAY”

1. A bit disappointing with the size of the room. Description in agoda is different from actual and tight space especially during perform solah. We booked family room with 2 queen size beds. Perhaps, single bed would not pose any space problem. 2. Dusty carpeted floor at every corner and it seemed like the room has not been vacuumed for quite some time. The ionizer provided in the room does not help ease the frustration. 3. Clean bed & toilet, spacious wardrobe, plenty of extension plugs, standing and ceiling fans to help cool the room, mini fridge, ironing board & hair dryer were provided as well. Plus point for a 3 star hotel. 4. Strategic location with shopping malls and plenty of eateries nearby.

Very satisfied. Very near to malls (ECM, KCM). Clean room. Breakfast was okay. Only cons is if you let your food inside room for too long, the ants will vome for it. Otherwise, it eas excellent

Nice clean rooms. Easy check in / check out process. Nice cozy comfort bed for your sleep and clean bathroom. Don't expect variety in their breakfast. Not worth it. Overall good for stay and location but not for the breakfast.

Everything is great”

The room appear small at first (maybe because of the busy wallpaper print), but it was actually kinda spacious. Everything is great, as expected. All necessities are readily provided inside the room including hair dryer, small fridge, water heater, iron and iron board. Free breakfast is great, love the laksa. Location in at the very center between 3 biggest malls in Kuantan, nearest is the newly open Kuantan City Mall, with East Coast Mall behind it and another one Berjaya Mall across the hotel.

It was 2nd time I stay at this hotel. Easy to find..550m to East Cost Mall & 280m to Berjaya Megamall. One mall will be opening soon near the hotel. They have amenities that you want (iron & iron board, safety box, mini fridge, cutleries, prayer mat for muslim, hair dryer, weigh scale, coffee table) It was my 1st time hotel provide air purifier inside their room..dvd player & small sound system also provided.. variety of astro channel..they even provide you Febreze to refresh your room odor..hehe..nice deco inside & outside room especially the wallpaper..convenience corner in front of reception counter in case u’re hungry during late night..not many choices of foods during breakfast..even simple but it tasted good..very recommended to those who are looking for budget price hotel. the hotel location are nice and simple to find. Only one thing this hotel no provide car park. If you are a driver and want to stay there. Need go late abit cause after working hours there alot of car park.
