Loved my king suite. Large spacious room. Included breakfast on my porch view of the river. Lovely. Clean . Pool is good for a dip, not big enough to swim.

We enjoyed our 1 night in Pink Sands Villa. The room was very spacious and with lots of electrical points. Wifi worked very well. Owner is a very good guide to the best places to eat and visit. Thoroughly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay at Pink Sands Villa even it was during a peak season of Pchum Ben. The place is very close to the center of the town, very relaxing and the rooms are spotless. The owner, Simon is also very friendly.

The hotel is out of the town and as I was staying out of season the hotel only offered breakfast so I had several trips into town for meals. Apart from that I can recommend this hotel as I was made to feel very welcome by Simon the owner. The room was spotless, very good value for money.

Close enough to the city but far enough away for some peace and quiet. Great spot along the river and a comfortable setting. Nice pool, great breakfast.

Very Pleasant Guesthouse”

On the opposite side of the river from town but only a 10/15 minute walk. It's a bit more expensive than a lot of the local accommodation but has the facilities you would expect from a hotel. Large room with good sized bathroom. Cable TV. Breakfast included. Nicely situated by the river.

Great owner and great bungalow ”

Simon (the owner) is a super genuine person with great information about the town. The check in process was flawless. The bungalow has excellent features. Very clean, strong wifi, daily coffee, hot shower. Really nice spot on the river as well. The walk into town is just 15 minutes or a 2 dollar tuktuk. Thank you again Simon!!

Made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Rooms were clean and quiet. Kampot centre was a 1km walk, but there are always tuk-tuks around if you feel tired. Simon the owner always around for a assistance and advice.

New resort, walking distance to the city. It is à nice place, limited rooms, at the river. The room is 👌, and a good bed for sleep. The breakfast is tasty 😊, If you like lunch, please order it at breakfast. So the staff has time to buy everything fresh. We will come back.

Nice place”

If you don't mind a 15 minute walk to the main restaurant/bar area this place is perfect. Wonderful view of the river with chairs to relax and take in the view. Owner is an engaging expat who is funny and helpful, we really enjoyed our chats with him. For what you save here versus some other places in town you can easily buy 4 daily tuk-tuk rides to make up for the distance from the center of things.

Beautiful riverside accommodation”

We had a spacious room and use of outdoor tables and chairs overlooking the river. Shady and a nice breeze. Lovely sounds of frogs and crickets at night. The staff assist with tour booking. It is only a 15 minute walk to the other side of the river where there are many restaurants.

Simon and the staff are very friendly. Food was lovely room was just perfect. A must stay if visiting this area. A nice 12 min walk into town to to stretch the legs. My favourite place so far in Cambodia 👍
