I booked a Deluxe King Suite. They gave us a one king bed room that is designed for handicapped people. We are not handicapped. We requested to change room. They said don't have another room available and said that all one king bed rooms in their hotel are the same, no difference. We had to stay in this room where it has only a shower area for the whole bathroom. I showered and water went all over the bathroom floor, I fell on the floor. It was scary. We requested again to switch room on the next day and they moved us to a another king bed room. This room is good and is a one king bed room designed for normal people without being handicapped. I realized that the receptionist lied when they said all king bed rooms in their hotel are the SAME. Another issue is that they provided a coffee maker and coffee but they refused to give us cups to drink coffee citing that they only give cups if we stay at the hotel more than five days but our stay scheduled for 8 days! The cleaning lady only changed our bed sheet after our 5th night stay their. I think their staff need to be more honest about room structure and availability and they need to provide the correct room that customer had book, not to lie to customer that all one king bed rooms are the same structure as said.

had a shuttle to airport
Terrible had to change rooms cause first one wasn't clean. Carpet in hallway was dingy and ragedy. Had an old smell in the rooms.

near westland mall, consider cheap,
Room is old. Very bad internet wifi connection, extremely slow. Room floor is dusty. Hot water not consistent, sometimes hot and sometimes cold. Location not too bad near westlandmall, about 10mins walk. Lots of Spanish people staying at the hotel. Free airport shuttle. But public transport is terrible. Have to take a taxi or drive. Overall consider a Good for money stay as the price is consider low for hotel in Miami.

Close to the Airport, Shuttle to the Airport, Close to the Mall
The room was clean, the location very convenient for the transfer to the airport, although the shuttle service start at 6:00am that it is a late if there is early fly. Service desk in the morning was impolite, possible because the person in charge at 5:30am was sleep
