Dejligt Hotel”
Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på Remark, og kommer helt sikkert tilbage. Hvis man vælger et 2 stjernet hotel, så ved man jo godt, at man ikke skal forvente vild luksus, Det her sted er helt sikket pengene værd.

Prepaid 3 Nights. Checked out after one ”
No similarity to photographs or facilities offered on agoda site. Room doors wouldn't even close properly, let alone lock. Holes in the walls and roof. Lucky not to be eaten alive my mosquitoes. Half the lights in and outside rooms didn't work. So called terrace furniture unsafe as almost destroyed by termites, which were massively present at night. As with everything else, the beach bore no resemblance to agoda photographs and had nowhere to even sit except one filthy old wooden sun-lounger. If we hadn't driven all day and arrived around dusk and hence couldn't find another available room next morning would not have even stayed one night despite having already fully paid for 3. Has severely damaged my confidence in agoda's representation of properties.

Friendly but lacking”
Past it's hayday. Nice little family ran place but it was let down by lack of sand on the beach & the primitive hut with dripping cold water shower was not what we were after. Not really what we were looking for on Ko Chang. Left immediately for another place.

Bad experience”
Poorly maintained. Don't believe the photos, they probably were taken ages ago. The place seems like a deserted resort. Do not stay at this resort if you don't want to be disappointed.

Agoda should not delete this property from the list to booking, because this resort is death. ”
When i was over there no one come to stay, someone has booked and already paid but they do not care,. They's just leave immediately when saw the rooms and environment around . swimming pool can not call swimming pool , it is so badly, just bigger than a bath a bit and so dirty. i believe if agoda still keep this resort in the their lists, it is going to have destroy reputation for agoda sure.

Photoshop to the extreme”
Disgusting - Rooms and the whole complex were dirty. It would be nice if the photos on the Agoda site had a date of when they were taken because they don't reflect the current condition of the resort. The restaurant and the kitchen, thank heavens we didn't eat there. The Staff - what staff. I don't know how Agoda can keep advertising this place particularly when the details of the property are so far from reality. First time I have used Agoda and probably the last.

Very poor this resort is old, delapidated and dangerous ”
No maintenance for many years, dirty rubbish everywhere over grown gardens full mosquitos. Staff poor or zero English. It’s not in White Sands Beach 3 kms away website misslesding .

A 'has been' kinda place”
The place was very run down. Looked like there was no maintenance done in a long time. Low speed and bad Wi-Fi connection in the room. It's a 20 minute walk to the nearest sandy beach.

The resort is rather outdated and not maintained well. Photos are outdated and very well taken. They is only a fake beach - no actual sand beach. More rocks than anything else. Location and staff is great.

Dirty disgusting accommodations ever. I never seen. This place charge for more 4,000฿ Per night but bad facility and bungalow too old have hole everywhere. They didn’t get ready for you even they known that you are coming and check in. If they sale for 1,000฿ Per night on high season it’s will be ok

Cute little cottage resort”
I love their little cottages. It was very clean and comfortable. We went during the winter season, the weather was perfect. We wish there was a fan so we didn’t have to use the Aircon. Overall, it was a fantastic stay

Never ever again”
When i arrived in this bloody resort i couldn't get anyone in reception. I was looking around in the resort and felt like i am in the movie texas chainsaw massacre. At the and of the resort i found a little house where the owners stay. An olser woman showed me my room, i got in and diceded after 10 min to leave this place and look for a new room.

A Quiet lovely place to be”
Very friendly staff, nice place, just the beach got no sand. the bungalow and the price was top. We stay a whole week. No restaurant avaible

The Hell on Earth”
This was the worst experience through out travelling in Thailand, even the cheapest hostels and guesthouses were better than this, it looks nothing like on the pictures, coackroaches everywhere, the lock on the doors didnt work, holes in a bungalow everywhere, radioactive green pool, the "private" beach looked like a sewage. I would totaly not reccomend we were supposed to stay for 4 nights we left after one. We had breakfast there and my friend got horrible stomachache from it (we are sure it is from it)

Nice and clean, beautiful view, quite place”
The artificial lake is very beautiful, specially in the morning when the lotus flowers are open. My mother, though, found the songs of the many frogs around disturbing to her sleep. The room is clean with clean bedsheets but the matrass was hard and not so comfortable, in fact I've seen better matrasses in cheaper hotels. The private beach looks lovely and lots of shade, thought its bit rocky but still possible to swim, special sea shoes would be advantage. About 15 min walking to White Sand Beach, but thers large Tesco supermarket 1 min, just behind the hotel. We got the room on promotional price on agora, so were happy with the deal, nice to stay for few nights to enjoy quite isolated location with nice views.
