Very terrible experience”
When I checked in in the afternoon, everything seemed acceptable, at least worth the price. However, when I came back from my tour in Subic Bay and opened the door, a very big COCKROACH just appeared on my room floor! I asked the conciege to solve it and they did send the cleaner to do it. Howevrr, when I waited for the problem to be solved, the conciege asked me "was the cockroach flying?!" just as if these kinds of problem occur very often... After the first cockroach problem, I went back to the room and hoped everything would be better, yet I saw a second COCKROACH on the table immediate. So I really can't stand it and check on right away...I would rather sleep on the beach then sleep with all the cockroaches in the wonderful hotel. By the way, the hotel is very noisy as well. You can hear the TV sound of the other rooms like it is playing in your room. However, compare to the cleanliness issue, this is not even worth mentioned. 簡單來說,這間飯店我一進房間門就看見兩隻蟑螂,所以我就退房了,隔音也不好,我寧可睡在沙灘上也不想住在這兒。

hotel”
hotel was clean but I found Cockroaches in the bath room running around all over. it was very hard to sleep I only stay their 2days that was enough for me.

Worth the price”
My second stay in this hotel. Only for a short vacation for bonding with friends next to Subic Freeport area. There is no elevator and will never be. The aircon is working silently. A big bonus. The bathroom is OK. Don't expect a breakfast and there is also no restaurant or whatever. But nothing to worry: Leave the hotel and you are surrounded by everything you need. SM Olongapo is only 3 min. to walk. Nice and friendly staff... after you entered the reception on the second floor by using the stairs.

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!”
Very disappointing! Let me start with the stairs. The lobby is located at the 3rd floor and we had a toddler and lots of luggage with us, not to mention my mother-in-law is with us on this trip, they should have mentioned details like this. Brace yourself for 4 flight of stairs just to check in! And the rooms, I specifically asked for 1 room with a queen bed and 2 rooms with twin beds, and upon arrival they showed me rooms all with queen beds, which is relatively okay, but when I asked if I change the other room to a twin bed, they will charge me an additional fee for upgrade?! What?! The twin bed is an upgrade from a queen bed???! Absurd! The most that pissed me off is there parking staff/ slash security guard! I know that I made a mistake booking this hotel the moment I saw the building and all the cars were parked on the road. They have no parking area, which would be understandable because it was on me, I didn't check, what was so annoying and very disappointing was when we paid for the parking slot that we luckily saw and asked the reception if they could reserve us a slot which they happily answered yes, when we left to dine out and came back, there was no reserve slot and this security guard was so arrogant when we asked for the reserved parking slot! He only answered "ay wala na po"...WHAT'S THE EFFIN PURPOSE OF RESERVING A SLOT AND TAKING NOTE OF OUR PLATE NUMBER??!!! And then I found out that the newly arrived guest got our spot! Frustrating!!! This was beyond disappointing! I'll never book here again!

Staff great but noisy rooms”
Near SM and Harbor Point (restauarants, shops, and grocery stores); competent friendly staff;
Lobby is on third floor, and rooms are on 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors, but there is no elevator; however the staff was great in helping with luggage. Rooms were large and had basic but satisfactory furnishings (must ask for a room with a refrigerator with a slightly higher cost). The rooms have no windows since the building is immediately adjacent to other buildings. The front rooms do have windows, but due to the bar/nightclub right next door having its speakers outside (!), those rooms are incredibly noisy at night. (Staff said that they have complained to the mayor's office, but nothing good ever has happened.) After a couple nights of little sleep because of the loud speakers, we transferred to another room. There is no restaurant, but there are several within a few blocks. Harbor Point is a really nice mall. We had been in Olongapo many years ago and are saddened by the crowding of vendors on the sidewalks, the lack of repairs to the sidewalks, and the noise (jeepneys without mufflers!); the beaches are just not has clean as they used to be and are littered with trash nowadays. Olongapo needs to clean up before it becomes worse.
