Total Waste of Money
1. Toilet. The toilet is extremely smelly, stepping into it is very disgusting, you can see brownish yellow stains all over the edges and corners. Water is kinda sticky. No 24hrs hot water service and not even on regular schedule. You gotta request by calling reception, they will turn on the heater valve, wait for 10-20min, after wasting two buckets of cold water you can get two buckets of hot water. Thats it. Sometime you gotta wait 1-2hrs for hot water. 2. Room. The furniture and fittings are atleast 10-15yrs old. Mattress stings. If you ask to clean the room, they will just recycle the same bedsheet and comforter. Surely there will be stain on it. 3. Water boiler. There is no water boiler in the room. Gotta request from reception. They have only one boiler for ther entire service aparrment. So that you might need to wait half a day or more for your turn. 4. Complimentary breakfast. The breakfast served at 3rd floor. It's a set breakfast only. Gotta que up and get your portion. There is no place to sit and eat. They could have just serve it to the room but they will never. You might get food poisoning if you choose to have their complimentary breakfast. 4. Aircond. They advertise "Luxury Rooms with AC". The blower & compressor was there but never worked during our 5 nights of stay. Better not to stay in this hotel at all. Total waste of money. Very poor service.

Dirty Hotels, bed bugs & unfriendly staff
We have arrived past midnight on the 6th, and have booked the room for the 5th. The reception has argued that we have checked in on the 6th and not on the 5th which is absolutely ridiculous because we were checking out at 8am on the 6th so we were correct in booking the rooms for the 5th, i had to repeat myself a good 5 times before he finally understood. Secondly, The first rooms were filthy, stains below the chairs, dirty floors, and Lots of tiny bugs drawing all over the mattresses & headboard. Room full of mosquitoes .No hot water in the shower, We had to Firmly request for another room, even though they claimed that all the rooms were fully booked. Halls were strewn with dirty furniture & rubbish, rotten food outside several rooms that were not removed. We checked out at 8 am the next morning, & requested for them to help us call a taxi . They insisted it was impossible to call for a taxi, as it was all fully booked. And proceeded to quote us RS 600 for a ride to the airport, which was ridiculous. In the end i remembered that Uber was available, we took an uber to the airport and it only costs us RS 280. All in all a horrible experience, unhygienic & unfriendly staff. Especially those who are frequent travellers avoid this place at all costs. & As the name suggests SAI INTERNATIONAL HOTEL. It is FAR from any international standards. & it is more of a borderline 1-2 star with international standards.

Uncomfortable the alleyways were smelling of alcohol, bathroom linen of poor standard, staff opened the door and did not even give the room key.

Good location but nothing more
Helpful, pleasent staff
Rooms was quite fine, but bathroon doesnt smell fresh, entrance to buliding and stairs lead to appartments reception was simply dirty.

Location and price
Overall very satisfied. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. Just that the hot water doesn't really work. Had to use mobile heater. Just happen the tap water was already at room tempreture all the time. So we had no complain, yet hot water lover need to be aware of this. Super value for money!!

Misleading name of lodge
The hotel manager was the only best thing about the hotel as he was accomodating
We arrived at nearly midnight at the hotel and had a difficult time locating it as it was not clearly marked. The staff who helped with the luggage did not look approachable and one was incompetent. He showed me the rooms and actually expected me to accept that one of the bathroom doors needed a bang before it could open. He simply stood there when asked why it was so. Next came the revelation that this was not a serviced apartment as advertised. It was a motel/lodge to put it. There was no restaurant, the breakfast was provided by a non-affiliated restaurant that was located in the dingy basement. Breakfast consisted of some staples and served in compartmentalised trays which resembled prison fare. We stayed one night instead of the planned 4 nights. The manager was a nice chap who took in my feedback with a positive attitude and even agreed to charge us for only one night when I told him we were moving out. The pictures shown in the Agoda website seem to be photoshopped to look warm and pleasant, but the actual place looks more simple. The biggest disappointment was that it was not serviced apartment as advertised- there was no adjoining kitchen or pantry.
