Super Disappointed Total Rip Off”
For starters, it is too pricey for what it can offer. They have a lot of staff but they looked clueless. When you request for something, you have to follow up more than once just to have them. There's a used soap in the soap dish when we arrived at our room. There's even some hair in the soap dish so it's quite disappointing. The room seemed not ready when we check in and that was already past 2pm check in time. Only one towel for a room good for two so we had to request for additional towels. We had to request for bottled water and we had to follow up just to have them. Buffet breakfaat was the biggest disappointment! Too few choices, or was there even a choice? For a luxury hotel and this is unacceptable considering its price is already comparable to a 4-star hotel in Manila. The amenities are so-so. The only good thing was the free airport transfer. Definitely not coming back.

Great things about this hotel: So near cloud 9 (bikes are available for you) Friendly staff Comfortable rooms Swimming pool is clean Available transportation from the airport to the hotel and vice versa Things to improve: Food (should improve the menu and should add more) Wifi is very slow Room is bit dark Towels should be replaced daily

Total rip off. Not worth it! Never again.”
I have been traveling with my family and ive been using Agoda for years now. Before i booked , i called up this hotel to confirm which room can accommodate 3 adults and 1 child , they said floating room or garden view room, but we will be charged 450pesos for additional person for the bfast. without any hesitation i booked 1 floating cotage and paid Agoda for 3nights , But when we were about to check out and asked for our bill for the extra heads for bfast , they charged my kids 2,200pesos per head or $50 each. They even charged me additional 5% because i used credit card. , this is the first time i was charged of 5% using a credit card! Their site said its 4.5star hotel , but the service ,especially the front desk named Ems who assisted us is so incompetent. While i was waiting for my bill , i heard her saying to a foreign guest who greeted them that they are fake people, in front of me , they are so rude!! Management must give their employees some trainings on how to serve and please every guest , and never give unsolicited comment ! Just so rude of this girl, to make annoying facial expressions in front of a guest. I paid 50,000 pesos ($1,100) for 3nights in this hotel to only be annoyed by the arrogance and lousiness of their front desk . Never , never , never again will i ever step in to this hotel. Nothing is special in this hotel , may it be the accommodation or service , nothing! I feels like i spent for a 5star hotel but i got the 2star hotel service . The most expensive yet the poorest service ever! I am very very very disappointed. There are other good and reasonably priced hotels in Suargao , think twice.

Too simple for the money”
Expected more for what we paid. - no beach!!! - No big choice in breakfast. - Restaurant was ok. - Service was not always present and not effective although people were friendly ! - Poolwater didn't look super clean. - The bathrooms were not well maintained and lots of calc!

Really expensive but still a good experience”
It's really an expensive property to reserve for your stay in Siargao. We loved the fantastic view of the pool and sea/ocean from the restaurant. I think that's their selling point really. They have shuttle service, upon request, to/from different parts within Gen. Luna. Our airport transfers were part of the price we paid and breakfast, as well. Their restaurant lunch/dinner selection is quite limited though. Their servings are large, but, of course pricey. I guess food around Siargao is generally a bit expensive than other places (ex. Cebu, Boracay, Bohol). They have a "happy hour" though when they have a buy one take one deal on selected drinks/cocktails. For improvement: Their beds are not that comfortable. The room sometimes felt humid or damp inside. even the floor was a bit sticky from the humidity brought in by the sea. Maybe they could install a dehumidifier? It's just a suggestion.

The resort is good looking, no contest in that aspect but it will not match your expectations. Aside from the fact that front office and other essential services you need aren't available 24/7, they also have incompetent and lazy staff. The most annoying thing also is that water supply in the shower is as weak as your tears. I dont mind paying high room rates if it live up to the hype. Stay away from this hotel, do yourself a favor.

Beautiful location and property BUT terrible service and not worth the money ”
Pros: The location is beautiful. The owner has created a beautiful property. The pool is awesome! Great to come back to after being at the beach all day. Our room: our room had 2 twin beds upon check in. We asked for a queen bed and the staff said the hotel was out of queen beds but that we had to specify that before arrival. Our shower didn't work for the first 3 days we were there. We kept on telling them that it barely had any pressure and every day they told us they would get the maintenance guy to come check it out. We let it slide at first but on the 4th day I went to shower and there was no water. We made such a stink about it that the maintenance guy was finally sent to fix it. Food: Whatever you do dont eat here. Overpriced. EXTREMELY slow (2hour dinner + ) and they bring you the wrong thing. We ate there 3x and regretted it every time. They ask for 2000 pesos at check in for incidentals. You have to REMEMBER to ask for it at check out
