Worldclass service, GORGEOUS property, very generous with guests. Food was amazing, drinks were always offered to us free of charge and were always tasty. Many activities to choose from and great daycare for kids. The only con is the price XD but honestly worth every penny! Would love to come back again for sure!

Soneva Kiri, today a djungle hotel..”
Very good but also disappointing considering the price you pay! Average food apart from View point & breakfast. I would have expected more. Djungle starting to take over hotel. We had a villa w its on beach, only cleaned morning when we were leaving.. Old guests bottles, leaves, branches etc!! Bathtube in house filled w leaves, not cleaned until last night as well as shower... not possible to use! steps down to beach filled w dirt and leaves and branches.. never cleaned!! Impossible for barefoot walks... Surroundings not kept in order, as for instance Six Senses where we stayed the week before.. Photos on website are old and not giving a correct picture of situation now!! No views any longer which is a pity and only takes some opening up of the overgrowth.. Beach nice but small.. which means it becomes crowded even if only hotel guests.. Staff not that friendly as could be expected!! Different attitude towards the guest in comparison w Six Senses.. Something is not right... I travel 220+ days a year all around the world and stay in top hotels and sorry to say Soneva Kiri did not live up to expectations!

It's amazing. Everything was absolutely perfect. We took a ferry from Laem Sok, Trad, which took only an hour. As soon as we arrived we found Soneva staff carrying umbrellas and waiting for us with friendly smile. Everything in the hotel is very eco-friendly from mosquito repellent to body lotion. We'll definitely visit again.

The best I ever stay”
It's beyond our expectation. We love everything; the private pool, bed room, shower, and out door bath tub, etc. even though it was raining most of the time, we feel there're so many things to do. Chocolate and ice cream room are awesome. Welcome massage was so relaxing. ห้องดูดาวสนุกได้ความรู้. We will definitely go back to Soneva.

My husband and I spent 3 days in a Cliff Villa to end off our Honeymoon trip to Asia and WOW…what a finale! Soneva Kiri is truly the most beautiful place we have ever had the privilege to stay. From the very easy glide through airport check-in and security with one of their representatives, to the flight over to their private airfield on a small 8 seater plane (quite an experience!!) to the speedboat trip to the island and then being met by our Ms Friday with our personal golf buggy. It felt like being Royalty! The villa itself was breathtaking – spacious decked living areas with huge sofas everywhere, a beautiful pool looking over the sea with steps down to your own private beach, an outdoor bathroom with sunken bath and outdoor shower and a couple of day beds to relax on afterwards. This resulted in me (a 41 year old woman) running round the villa like a child at Christmas – I was that excited! The owners have really gone the extra mile in thinking of everything that they could offer to make people feel totally pampered from a pillow and duvet menu, to a fragrance choice for the shower gel and shampoo/conditioner. The team at Soneva Kiri were amazing…nothing was too much trouble and they were so attentive without being intrusive – a perfect balance. The Food and Beverage team did an incredible job – the buffet breakfast was the most comprehensive and tasty we've ever had and the setting was stunning. We ate dinner in The View restaurant on our first evening and the steak was so soft you could have cut it with a butter knife…it truly melted in the mouth and the wine recommendation was spot on. We had booked to eat in the tree pod on our final night. When I checked the set menu it was predominately fish/seafood which I don't eat. That was no trouble for the team though who asked us to substitute any fish dishes for other favourites of ours. The tree pod was an amazing experience. For any beach hotel, Soneva Kiri is hard to beat. Apart from the price (it is not cheap!), the only questions you have to ask, whether you like the style of the resort. If yes and the substantial price tag is acceptable, you will have a great time.

Kammer dat het vliegtuig van Bangkok niet meer operationeel is, zodat wij via Trat moesten vliegen maar daaraanlsuitend een shuttle boot naar het eiland, anders was deze vakantie echt helemaal top geweest.

除了食物中毒以外没有什么不顺的，打了一天的吊瓶。医生不太老练……整体来说服务还是不错的,但是价钱稍微贵了一些。普通打工族的话应该不会去消费。毕竟岛上的交通不是很方便。还要坐私人飞机过去。

ด้วยสถานการณ์ Covid ทำให้ผมยกเลิก Flight บิน USA และ MALDIVE ในช่วงเดือนมกราคม ผมจึงตัดสินใจเข้าพักที่ Soneva ตอนเข้าพักผมไม่ได้คาดหวังอะไรมากเพราะคิดว่าจะเหมือนโรงแรมรีสอร์ท 5 ดาวทั่วๆไป คร่าวๆพอทราบว่าประมาณไหน แต่พอมาถึงเกินคาดมาก ขอชื่นชมในการบริการและระบบจัดการอย่างมาก ทุกอย่างลงตัวมากพนักงานทุกคนดูแลและอัธยาศัยดีมากๆและแก้ไขปัญหาทุกอย่างได้รวดเร็ว เอาใจใส่ลูกค้ามากจำได้ทุกอย่างว่าลูกค้าชอบทานอะไรแพ้อะไร ลูกค้าประมาณไหน ต้องดูแลยังไง ส่วนห้องพักผมให้ 10 เต็มทั้งวิวและความสะอาดในห้องพักและที่สำคัญที่ทุกโรงแรม 5 ดาวtopๆ ไม่มีคือ อาหารที่นี่อร่อยมากๆ เพราะพนักงานทำตามที่เราต้องการทุกอย่าง ทั้งรสชาติและวัตถุดิบดี ทั้งจัดเป็นคอสและสั่งเป็นออเดอร์ตามสั่ง พนักงานดูแลหาดและดูแลกิจกรรมบริการดีมากๆพาล่องเรือใบดำน้ำ พาเที่ยว จนนึกว่าจองมาส่วนตัว อัธยาศัยดีมากพูดคุยเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือทุกอย่างประทับใจที่สุด.. ส่วน Butler ให้ความช่วยเหลือรวดเร็วมาก มีความตั้งใจในการบริการสูงจากบุคลิกภาพ พนักงานทุกคนตั้งแต่ที่สนามบินจนถึงพนักงานขับรถพาไปทานข้าวนอกโรงแรมบริการเต็ม 10 ทุกท่านโดยรวมผมประทับใจที่นี่มากทั้งห้องพัก บริการ อาหาร กิจกรรม หาดสวย คิดว่ามีโอกาสจะกลับไปพักอีกครับ เพิ่งรู้ว่ารีสอร์ทอนุญาติให้บินโดรนได้แต่มีเวลาบินเป็นช่วงที่กำหนด ไปคราวหน้าผมจะเอาไปด้วย ไป 3 วัน 2 คืนยังพลาดกิจกรรมหลายๆอย่างของโรงแรมอีกเยอะเลยครับ ประทับใจมากเต็ม 10
