Intetsigende. På Agoda's site havde vi bestilt lejlighed med 1 sovevær., fordi der i specifikationen stod udsigt: floden. havde ikke meddelt Landmark hotel dette. Vi fik by udsigt til parkeringshus. Vi kunne have sparet denne merpris. Vi havde bedt om 2 værelser på samme etage, det fik vi heller ikke. Der var ingen hjælp at hente i receptionen. Hverken til anvisning af morgenmad, ture eller andet.

Worst Hote Stayin Asia”
We made a last minute booking to Ho Chi Minh and therefore accommodation was limited. In the brief, it is in a good location, includes daily breakfast and looked clean. From the airport, our taxi driver struggled to locate the apartments. There is not a single sign on the building or road side to say that this is the Landmark Apartments. We booked this apartment as it had 2 bedrooms and included breakfast, for our family of 2 Adults & 2 Children. When we checked in we were told that the room was 1 breakfast / room. And it was delivered to our room. Therefore we paid for 3 mornings for freezing cold breakfast to be delivered with no tea/coffee/juice offered (there was tea/coffee in the kitchen, but it was one tea bag and not coffee. It was never restocked with our room service). Unfortunately we feel sick from the second morning of breakfast. The third morning breakfast, one of our eggs wasn't even cooked thorough, so we left hungry on our final morning in HCM. Once we got into our room, the in-room safe was beeping continuously as though the alarm had been set off. We called for it to be fixed. Which they repaired. But 30min we had to call them again for it to be fixed again. Then at 2am the safe went off again. So we were wide awake waiting for a repair man to dismantle the safe. The next morning we had an early trip organised and they wouldn't repair the safe whilst we were out. Leaving us to have to travel around HCMC with all our travel documents. Which left us feeling very vulnerable. When checking out we asked for compensation for the inconvenience we experienced during our stay and were instantly told that it was management policy to not offer discounts. We are a family that live as expats in Asia and are frequent travellers. Therefore we have what we would call an acceptable level of expectation for accommodation in Asia and we certainly don't live on an expensive budget. Large-sized and clean room ”
This hotel is embedded in an office tower so I guess they cater for business travellers. I was there on a holiday and it is a comfy hotel. The room was sizeable and clean. The bed was comfortable and the they had had a wide selection of tv channels. The bathroom was good sized too. There is no problem is getting a cab from this hotel. Two negative things are that guests have to pay to access the gym and there is no in room dining.

I was not impressed and happy from the time i entered the building, living in it and even when i left. The staff need more training and the breakfast is insipid .
