Skønt sted med dejlig betjening”
Hotellet var rent, pænt og gæstfri betjening. Jeg boede der i forbindelse med solfesten og hyggede mig med personer på min egen alder. Poolen brugte jeg meget og efter mange hostells var det ren luksus som efter min opfattelse godt kunne havde været et 4 stjernet hotel. der var en enkelt dag hvor jeg ikke var tilfrede med rengøringen - men det blve straks rettet og til den pris må man sige at jeg har fåe valuta for pengene. Dejlige dage i det Thailandske.

Et fint sted, men dyr mad paa resortet! Lej en scooter som det foerste saa der er mulighed for at koere til byen og rundt paa oeen. Har indtryk af at priser og div ekstra alle hotellerne putter paa er meget ens og ikke til at undgaa.

Det var rigtigt dårligt”
Træet ved vinduet var helt råddent, så der var hul igennem. Wifi’et duede ikke, vi kunne ikke få vasket tøj selvom der stod det osv osv.

Beds were like MMA mats, bathroom was incredible, location was very nice. ”
Staff was rude and unhelpful, 1 pool was absolutely horrendous, the other pool was very nice, restaurant service was terrible but the food was nice.

I had a beach bungalow which was okay. Cracks in doors and floors and general not much up keep and maintaining going on.

Cleanliness need to be main focus now ”
Book for 3 nights with my teenage daughter, was very disappointed upon check in. The bed sheet doesn’t seem to have being change for awhile, got to insist fresh bed sheets. The staffs change the sheets without discussion as they do see and “feel” the needs, but clean bed sheets should be a priority with guest asking There are 2 pools in the facility, the long pool just doesn’t seem to be clean enough to swim, and though my 3 days stay, not seem anyone jump in. The dark blue pool seem better, and I do see people jump in Overall the hotel seem run down, some works are urgently needed

The location is perfect, the place either, but the bed is worst than nothing. It was only steel with a sheet. I woke up sore, I've ask for a better bed they couldn't give me, so they put an other sheet on it. No change at all. If it wasn't for that, the place would have been perfect, even the staff is awesome, but the bed, ridiculous. Seriously, I'm not the kind to complain, it was literally just steel. :(

Got the cheapest option and wasn’t the right choice was a bit dirty we changed 3 bungalows. Spend a bit more and everything changes from cleaning of the room to ac... That place it’s in our Hart as it was an experience... looking at the place you can see it’s just not kept In the right way since couple of years... it could be really a gem. Cleaning and caring it’s the key

The front office reception is very friendly but the cleaners were very rude. Also the beds were smelly and uncomfortable. We stayed in the older bungalows away from the beach. Location was good.

To be clear: I don't need a lot of amenities. I'm happy with basic things. I didn't expect much of this booking. When we arrived to the "resort" and saw the accommodation and facilities it was clear to us that we wouldn't stay there. The sheets were not clean. We'd have to be careful not to step in a rusty nail on the porch. Electricity plugs were loos on cables in the room. Holes in the walls and so on.... This "resort" had it's best time maybe 10 years ago. So I didn't discuss anything because I thought that would be useless. Instead we got ourselves a scooter and searched for a better bungalow somewhere else. As we found a better place we just left and didn't ask for out money.... We were just happy to leave. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I don't even know how such a place can be listed in a booking app. There are much better basic places for a low budget on this island. The owner of this place should invest some time and money to restore it to stay in business.

Scam!! ”
This place is a scam!! The pictures on the travel sites are from years ago. Booked for 3 nights stayed there about 30 seconds and left. Never got a penny back. The rooms are beyond bad better off sleeping on the beach.

Wish I could give more stars”
Great location, very close to the beach, big market and cheap delicious Thai food restaurants within few minutes walk. Cleanness is a big disappointment since we have found a dirty earplug under the duvet and used mask. I guess it was left over after the previous guests. Also there were yellow stains on the bed and the sand which made us doubt if this room was even cleaned before our arrival. We couldn’t charge our phones, the plug kept falling off from the socket as it came loose.

Room wasn't ready, and dilapidated huts scattered around.”
We arrived at 1 pm and were told that our rooms wouldn't be ready until 5 pm. No explanation was given. And when we returned at 6 pm, we were told to wait even longer, and the staff declined to give us any reasons. When we insisted on checking in, they revealed that they were still repairing the air-conditioners, and we decided to use the fan without the AC. The area is in dire need of maintenance, our beachfront huts were tiny, and there were many abandoned huts all around us, in a state of disrepair. It almost seems like the managers have allowed these huts to slowly disintegrate by themselves, and rented out those that still had walls. The view is amazing though.
