Definitely worth the stay!”
I found this place last minute after arriving to Koh Phangan (like I booked it as we got off the ferry). As soon as we walked into the reception area the lady at the front desk was very friendly! It was very quiet so if you are looking for a party zone this isn't the place but if you are looking for a relaxing quiet room near the beach The Scenery is well worth your money! (less than 20 steps to the beach!). The only bad thing I have to say about it is that it is quite far from town and 711s so you definitely will want a scooter if you stay here. But my girlfriend and I enjoyed walking the beach to town which takes 30 minutes or so but we didn't mind. The rooms are simple, but clean and I felt like all of my belongings were safe there when we were gone. Definitely check it out if you come to Koh Phangan for some relaxation, I would stay here again for sure! Cheers

Quiet, affordable place on the beach”
The bungalows are simple and have a combined shower and toilet area. The things I liked about this place were the cute beach that it was on, good prices, available staff, great internet and a cute restaurant. The things I did not like were no soap/shampoo in the bathroom, and the pillows were a bit large and firm. I would definitely stay there again.

Best of Both worlds”
Close enough to Haad Rin to not travel far to full moon party. Very close to a bike rental shop. Very affordable for 2 beds. The beach by the resort is not great. Managers/Owners were helpful with the little english they spoke. Warm water wasnt working in my unit, but that was okay since its so hot anyway.

Could use a bit more service”
We staid as a couple for 6days during new years eve, although the place is clean, they do not clean your room (you have to do this yourself), they do not give you fresh towels in your room (you have to go get them at the reception), they do not refresh your sheets every day (if you stay more than 3 days you can ask for fresh sheets) I give my review based on the 3 above points, staff is friendly though and very helpful Location is next to the beach and close to haad Rin, we spent the majority of the time outdoor, that's why we didn't care to much

Power to the young generation”
The girl in the reception was very nice and helpful. Looks like she is doing all the work alone. Late Checkout is quite expensive even if you pay 100 EUR / night in main season in the beach villa. So our 5-stars go exclusively to the one-girl-managing-it-all ! ;-)

Struggled with the location as you need either a bike or stand in the street to hopefully flag down a taxi to go anywhere. The aircon broke whilst we were there but they fixed it for us thankfully. An okay hotel for a night or two

Better stay somewhere else ”
The hotel was below my expectations. The main building is located just on the main road so it’s very noisy. First I was put in one of the room in that building. After a restless sleep night I asked to change my room and got a different room that was further from the road. But anyway almost every morning (9am) I was awaken by some noisy works conducted on the hotel territory. The cleaning of rooms is extra paid. The woman host is very nice but another host, a man, was rude. The beach is really beautiful but it’s not good for swimming. Overall, this hotel is ok to stay 2-3 days maximum. It was my mistake that I booked it for my whole length of stay, 25 days. Better book something in advance for the first day and then search for accommodation there after arrival

Ideal for cheap stay”
Only good if your willing to drive a scooter as nothing is in walking distance. The staff will arrange a taxi for you and even have a Scooter delivered which was helpful. Rooms are outdated. Beautiful sunset view from beach.

On a budget”
I stayed in a basic double during high season. All I needed was a room with a comfortable bed, working aircon and shower and clean. It ticked all the boxes. My room was 20 metres from the beach. In terms of location, if you hire a bike you are never more than 25 minutes from anywhere on the island.

Very very basic but ok for short stay”
We booked for full moon which was okay, room is basic of basic nothing special. Food In restaurant was very nice so that’s positive Bike required to get around as it’s not walking distance from anything

It felt like the most quiet place on the island! My room was in the big building, tucked in the corner, so my room view was basically nothing, but walking for 30 seconds to the beautiful beach (basically private!) is a small ask, and my room was quiet and cool. The staff is super sweet and accommodating, and there is a wonderful beachfront restaurant! So glad I stayed here. The convenience stores are quite a walk, so good to rent a bike if you choose this one ;)

If you are looking for a quiet place tucked away at a scenic sandy beach this will be your place. Some sort of transport might be handy. Clean spot with friendly staff.

Nice budget beach resort”
The beach resort is on a small private beach which is nice when it’s high tide and has a great view for the sunset. The family who runs it was extremely friendly and even though I got the dates mixed up on my booking and also turned up earlier than check in time because of the ferry schedule ,the host got us our room sorted within the hour. Slightly far from main parts of the island but there is a scooter rental next door which I had no problems with and also it’s on a main road with plenty taxis driving by. Room was spacious and good enough for our 2 night stay, overall I would recommend !

Great for the full moon party if you don't want to stay at Haad Rin because of the noise from the party. However, isn't walkable to the party. Right on the beach. Could do with some better certains as the sun wakes you up early. Slightly noisy if you have a back room because of the road, bungalows are a better choice. Staff are super friendly and helpful, with a bar and restrant. They also offer a taxi service to where you need as they have their own taxi.

Good spot on the beach”
It s quite far from the ferry pier takes around 18 min on the scooter but it has a good quiet location right on the beach. The room was OK spacious bathroom with AC working well good for the price.

Fantastisk”
The beach front rooms are beautiful! Each morning to wake up and watch the beach and the sea from your bed is magic. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. There were two events happening during our stay, one bbq and live band which happened to be the same night we got engaged so it was a perfect evening to celebrate. They also organised our transport to our ferry for a very good price.

only book this hotel if you just need a basic place to stay during full moon and everything near haad rin beach is too expensive
