Disappointing ”
Location
In the end it was just a base. We saw no staff at all, our room was never servised during our stay. We ran out of toilet roll so a had to pinch some from a restaurant and the toilet developed a scum line round the pan, absolutely awful! There is no reception so we weren't able to bring these things to anyone's attention. We will not be staying here again.

Good as usual”
location, not a motel, comfortable
One of my regular places in Seoul. rooms are decently comfortable (even if I hate the liquid soap containers which always get cluttered). And it's not a love motel, unlike every other small hotel in the area.

Could be much better”
Room, location, cleanliness
Actually I liked the hotel but my stay could be much better. I used the premium suit which is well decorated dublex room, and has a lot of space when compared with other hotels in Seoul. It was also clean and contains a washing machine. problems are 1-television and automated toilet did not work throughout my stay. Internet was quite slow and interrupted often. 2- there is no desk at the hotel to contact with. If yo leave hotel early in morning and come back late in evening you can not find staff at the hotel. 3- the only way of communication with staff is through your cell phone at aforementioned times, and if you are an international customer without roaming you can not reach anyone.4- the staff did not reply back to all of my phone calls that is the reason that my problems were not solved. But at towards the end of my stay I managed to contact with staff and they were helpfull then. Once I lost my keycard late at night suddenly a security guy appeared and solved my problem. To sum up, I would give this hotel a second chance İf I visit Seoul once more. I think a series of unfortunate events occured in my stay as other revies are generally good.

The Win Boutique Hotel is very very bad”
nothing is good. Especially their service is awful!
I will never book this hotel again. Actually it should not call itself a hotel, it is just a hostel.

A step above a backpacker hostel”
The low price, the great location next to the airport shuttle and subway, and the flexible staff
The Win Boutique Hotel converted a basement area into a 6-bunk youth-hostel like area. There's a large common sitting area, 3 bathrooms, and six bunks. The ceiling is high, and the entire space feels quite large. It's in the basement so you get no noise, but it also means there are no views. Each guest has their own key, and there's no curfew. The bunks are large and comfortable. The hotel is 100m from the subway station and also the airport shuttle. There are many coffee shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. A few drawbacks are: The staff is often not around. They are at the front desk when they expect reservation holders to arrive or leave, but at other times of the day you might have to telephone them. So if you're staying here, get reservations or call in advance. The supposedly free internet was not working when I stayed, but I only mentioned it to the staff when I was departing, so perhaps they have since fixed it. They clean the place daily, but they don't know how to sweep properly. It gets 95% clean, but if you're a neat freak, you'll notice the remaining 5%. Also, one of the three showers has a slow or clogged drain. You can still use the shower, but it's not ideal. Better to use one of the other two showers. Despite these drawbacks, I was quite satisfied with the hotel.

Nice, clean, comfortable”
Clean, location, comfortable
My stay is brilliant. I've got replacement by Agoda.com, as my previous hotel has cancelled up my reservation due to construction, and agoda had called me up and replaced me to a better ans wonderful hotel, The Win Boutique. The hotel is comfortable, clean and location is nice. A minute or two to the closest metro, and a short walking to the closest Homeplus and various restaurants. The receptionist is friendly, well English speaking. The breakfast is not bad, just the portion of the breakfast is a little too small. Anyways, thanks to Agoda! I had a pleasant stay at this wonderful hotel!
