Vi var i Dubai for første gang. Vi var der 3 dage. Vi synes det var rigtig nemt at finde rundt. Fik set det vi ville --- verdens største mall, verdens højeste bygning, verdens fineste hotel og meget meget mere. Vi gik også rundt inde i det gamle Dubai. Alt fungere der vi blev meget posetivt overraskede

Nice toilet and room but a 4 star hotel without complimentary water. Breakfast not so good. Pool under construction.

Disgusting,the ast.fo manager was so unprofessonal,dont have care about their guest ...
Thet didnot speak up about the trouble that encountered they he tells us to check out and he never show his self...we awake early mornin because of too noisy comes from construction we asked if they can stop for a moment while waiting to transfer us the room because we want to sleep we are tired last night but he didnot care us the construction still on going and they inform its fine us to check out without any apologyfrom them and they didnot refund my 2nd night payment trough cash they said they will refund to my bank it was sooo veryy terrible bad experience i asked if i can speak to their manager but as per the fo team they dont know where his manager at that moment to the point that he knows that we will going to check out and we want him to speak..so unproffessional ...nightmare experience to stay in that hotel.

VALUE FOR MONEY
Fully renovated 3* hotel with super fast check in(2min) &check out, in the centre of the city(but VERY quiet) close to metro, shopping centers and restaurants.EXCELLENT stuff(Reception,front desk,door bell boys,SUPER boys for the room-cleaning),and very good international breakfast .As a traveller for the 5th time in dubai,(used mostly 3* or 4* hotels) i would say that it is highly recomended(for bussinesmen and families ,too) and its for me one of the best of this category (perhaps close to 3+ or even 4*!)AT A REASONABLE price!

very nice hotel .. innovated to become a 4 stars
i stayed in the 6th floor , it was very quit, clean and had fancy new furniture the pool was close and there was some maintenance in the 2nd floor only , but no noise at all . breakfast was not great but very nice for the amount i pay.

Worst hotel yet.
Proximity to airport and metro stations.
At stayed at this hotel for 2 nights following exhausting flights from Amsterdam to London to Dubai. Came in wanting to rest desperately, however, the fire alarm went off on both nights at 1am, 2am and 4am respectively. Upon complaining to hotel staff, they had no solutions as to what they could do to provide me with some form of consolation or explanation. Some staff were just straightforward rude although the people at the front desk were nice. I've no idea as to what else to say regarding this hotel but one thing is for sure, I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. NEVER.

Rooms big enough, Location convenient, Room Rent reaonable
Stayed for 4 days. Good for couples and business travellers. Food is OK. Cleanliness good. Service Good. Metro in walking distance hence convenient.
