Quirky and quiet”
This place does not have a swimming beach, but it has a pool, small private villas with outdoor dining/relaxing areas. For a large family gathering, with the chance to sit, eat and layback it is recommended

Hard to find re signage , pool is ok for children but is smaller than what appears in photo . Staff tried to put us in a room other than the bungalow we booked but did finally fix after much request . The location re beach is on the wrong side of pier where the beach is not great and a lot of rubbish on sand . If you wish to swim at beach i would go other side of pier further up appears a bit cleaner . Breakfast is very average infact poor quality . Bungalow was ok bed was good room clean aircond very good . No resterant at resort althou many resterants close by . Couldnt supply ice for guest drinks . Pool was clean and surrounding tables were good . Overall was ok but next time i would try to book something a little better and closer to the cleaner side of beach .

Don't be fooled by Agoda”
Agoda's hotel and accommodations presentations are mostly misleading and false. This is the third and last time we're booking thru Agoda. The pictures shown are all but outdated, Agoda doesnt even try to keep themselves up to date with their information. Getting a refund is a nightmare if not, impossible, for any valid reasons. This VillaChaCha is not as it is shown in Agoda's presentation. Go checl out other sites!!

I am surprised in the romantic atmosphere and tropical decoration likes Balee style. My kids love this place though it is suitable with the lovers and night party of youngers.

Hotel was a catastrophe”
there were wild dogs in the restaurant for breakfast ... the restaurant didn't exist, no bar, all closed .. The beach a catastrophe, it was a bargage dump .. no chance for swimming there .. we had to walk 30 minutes to come to the next restaurant. no taxis available fat sausages and eggs for breakfast, nothing else

ไปพักเป็นครั้งที่2 แล้ว แต่เป็นครั้งแรกที่จองพร้อมอาหารเช้า แล้วได้ทานจริงๆ เพราะครั้งแรก ไม่มีการบอกเรื่องอาหารเช้า ไม่มีการแจ้งว่า ทานได้ตั้งแต่กี่โมงถึงกี่โมง (อาจเพราะเราไม่ได้ถามด้วย) แต่ที่พิเศษของรอบนี้คือ น้ำอุ่นไม่ทำงาน 😅 น้ำเย็นมากกก แต่ถ้ามีโอกาสไปอีกก็จะเลือกพักที่นี่ค่ะ เพราะ1.คือความปลอดภัย คนนอกไม่สามารถลงมาเดินที่ชายหาดเวลากลางคืน เคยพักรีสอร์ทข้างๆ คนนอกเดินเวียนจนหาความปลอดภัยไม่เจอ 2. การบริการพนักงานบริการดี 3. อาหาร รสชาติตรงตามที่อยากได้ มีบริการปิ้งย่างนึ่งอาหารทะเลที่ซื้อมา (ไม่ต้องทำเองรอทานอย่างเดียวเหมาะกับคนขยันๆแบบเรา) โดยรวมคือดีมากๆค่ะ ดีจนอยากพาพ่อแม่มาพักมาเที่ยวเลยทีเดียว

เข้าพักเมื่อวันที่ 14/7/65 ทางรีสอร์ทให้การบริการดี ห้องพักดีมีความเป็นส่วนตัว เหมาะแก่การพักแบบคู่รักหรือแบบครอบครัว บรรยากาศโดยรวมก็อยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ดี และได้เห็นทางรีสอร์ทกำลังพัฒนาไปเรื่อยๆ

ควรปรับภูมิทัศน์ โรงแรม เทียบกับราคา คืนละ 2,5xx บาท 3 คน แพงไปนิด - ห้องเก่าโทรมไปนิด แต่เห็นรูปตั้งแต่จองห้อง รับได้ - จอง 2 คืน แม่บ้านไม่ได้เข้าทำความสะอาดห้องให้ ต้องแจ้ง ของในห้อง กาแฟ + น้ำดื่ม วันที่ 2 ต้องแจ้งขอ ถ้าไม่ขอก็ไม่ได้ (แอบผิดหวังเล๋กน้อย ไปนอน รร อื่น ค่าห้องพันกว่าบาท เข้าทำความสะอาดให้ทุกวัน) - ในส่วนของอาหารเช้า สำหรับ ราคาห้อง ควรจะ มีมากว่า ขนมปังปิ้ง ทาเนย / แยม , ไข่ดาว , ไส้กรอก , ข้ามต้ม , เครื่องดื่มมีแค่ โอวัลติน / กาแฟ / น้ำเปล่า - พนักงานยิ้มแย้มดี ขออะไรเพิ่มหาให้ได้ จะดีกว่านี้ ถ้าทำให้โดยไม่ต้องขอ
