mixed feelings

hotel has nice, just renovated rooms which are comfortable and stylish. the only bad thing about the hotel was the "free breakfast". the restaurant caters to Chinese package tours and ignores individual customers. breakfast was supposed to end at 10:30, but at 10 they served only scraps of inedible food and after a big argument they offered to serve American style breakfast which was inedible as well. we have stayed two nights and the next day the experience was exactly the same, very low quality of food. Also the water in the swimming pool was freezing. However the young man that makes coffee poolside is very affable.

Opened just a bit too soon
Lobby looks very good, They let us use their printer for lrinting our boarding cards, they let us check in early..
Well, the hotel was opened 3 days before our arrival, so things havent fallen into place yet. We arrived around 10am to the hotel, they let us check in but made to wait nearly an hour without saying a word. ( it turned out they were cleaning the room, but only told this after we got to the room. Pool is not in the best place, as it is between the elevator and the reception.( so everybody passes it). We could not use the gym, but were told, they have to ask the manager if it is possible to use it..Hairdryers are available upon request, but when we requested it after returning late from Chiang Rai, were told that the room were the hairdryer is, is locked, and only available next day. ( it was our last night, so was not an option to use it the next Morning.( in the same time, let me print my boarding pass for next day). The hotel probably mainly caters for Chinese tourists, so some signs are in chinese, but not in english ( e.g by the pool). The breakfast is also mainly caters for asian taste ( nooes and rice, with melone, and some bread and butter. First morning we were actually presented ( without asking for it) fried eggs just before we nearly finished our meal. To top it off, we ordered a taxi to take us to the airport ( via the reception). I asked the previous morning about the set price for airport runs, but magically the price went up 50% the next morning when we came down. After some argument, we got a bit of a discount, but having had no time to arrange an other taxi, we left the hotel fuming and felt ripped off a bit. All in all the rooms were spacious, clean, with comfortable beds, but we felt that the hotel was not fully ready for opening.( some handyman were still working a bit at various locations around the hotel)

Bon accueil par la manager Le ménage n'est pas très pointilleux mais comme l'hôtel est neuf ça passe La tuyauterie de la salle de bain émet un sifflement qui finit par être désagréable Manque une bouilloire Tv avec tv5 monde Hôtel non fumeur (fenêtre dans la chambre ;)) Toute petite piscine a côté du lobby Petit déjeuner buffet axé sur le salé (clientèle principalement chinoise!) Mais oeufs brouillés/plats sur demande Situé à +/_ 10mn de marche de la vieille ville Pour conclure à 16.5€ la nuit avec pdj cela reste un bon rapport qualité prix

โรงแรมพอใช้ ราคาไม่แพง แต่ด้วยความที่ไปถึงโรงแรมค่ำแล้ว เลยค่อนข้างหายาก โรงแรมนี้เหมาะสำหรับคนที่มีรถ เพราะไม่ได้ติดถนนใหญ่ อาหารเช้าอาหารมีไม่มาก
