HOTEL CHEATED US WHEN WE CHECKED IN , WE HAD BOOKED 2 PERSON BUT HAD BOOKED 1 BED , WE REQUESTED FOR TWIN BED AND THEY FORCEFULLY CHARGES US DOUBLE RATE AS ARGUE THAT WE BOOKED 1 BED ..... WE WANTED TO CANCEL BUT THEY SAID WE WILL CHARGE 1 NIGHT AND WE WERE FORCED TO PAY AND STAY THAT HOTEL ...... WHEN WE CHECKED IN NO WINDOWS AND OUT BALCONY WAS SO DIRTY , LENIN NOT UPTO MARK ....THEY GAVE US ROOM NOT WORTH

I loved my stay here in Well Park Residence. The room is very clean and pleasant. I received a complementary welcome fruit basket from their manager. The room service is very fast and the food is delicious. The rooftop restaurant is very nice as well plus the food was great.

Room is very spacious with all necessary in room facilities and all the service staff are very helpful and polite. As this is a apartment hotel, sound proofing wasn’t that good; at night you will be able to hear the honing from the street.
