Location should have been specified to be in middle of street market full of live meat and poultry.
Not very sanitary to have hotel in the middle of street market. Bacteria and viruses floating in the air around the hotel was felt.

I am not satisfied.
The receiptionists are not frienly, they did not smile to the guests. The price is too high compared to the value of the hotel. There are not much food for breakfast and the quality is poor.

Best value for money hotel
This is the best hotel I ever stay in Vietnam. I've been the north, central & south Vietnam. I find that this hotel has a world class 3 stars hotel. I will definitely recommend friends who visit Can Tho to stay in this hotel

Not a 4 stars hotel at all
It's located right in the busy wet market and it's not consider as a 4 stars hotel. Found a metal cleaning wool inside the breakfast noodle and the staff said that she will inform the kitchen about it and that's it. Totally unprofessional for a 4 stars hotel. Very disappointed with this hotel.

Hotel is very good value for the money. Staff is helpful, speaks English. They receive many tourist so they know how to approach Europeans. The breakfast is sufficient and I enjoy it every day I stayed there. The location is close to the centre however it is in the middle of the market and if you not used to Asia it could become so what potent. The swimming pool is small but nice for a cool off, although the hotel must really have a look at the chair cushions. Always consider this hotel when I travel to Can Tho.

Will never go back to this hotel!
I checked in around 9pm on Tuesday 13th of Sept and the hotel sent me to a room that was sprayed with cheap perfume that gave me a horrible allergy. Moreover, there were mosquitoes in the room that attacked me within a few minutes upon my arrival. Next when I called the hotel staff told them about the problems, I was rudely told me that if I wished to changed the room, I had to pay the upgraded fees. Then when I lost my patience and insisted to talk to the manager, the staff changed their tone and moved me to a room that is free of perfume and mosquitoes. The management of this hotel needs to improve both the air quality of its guest rooms, make sure that they are free of mosquitoes and most importantly, focus on better customer services, especially when the customers have a problem with the health condition of its guest rooms.
