"My stay was most pleasant, from the welcome after a long flight from London, to the excellent facilities in my large room, including a bath, to the restaurant with a big choice of dishes brought by attentive staff. I have no negative comments to offer. Anyone can pick on some trivial point but I don't feel the need to do that. Instead, I am happy to lend my support to the management and staff who made my stay enjoyable. The hotel is ideally placed close to Dadar station, from which I departed after my stay. Keep up the good work!"

"When I have reached at hotel near about 7 P.M. hotel staff informed me that they have cancelled the room which I have booked. I asked them how and why they cancelled the room, in reply they have provided silly answer that they have tried me over phone for confirmation but they could not reached to me on phone hence they have cancelled the room. I have requested hotel staff to provide the room and also informed to talk to their top management but they did not talk to me and at last after so many request they have allotted one room at other place which are having not good facilities for one night and next day again they shifted me to the hotel. This is absolutely very much disappointed me as during night where I can go because I have no option with me. This is very bed and disappointing situation for the travelers. More over hotel staff told that for the room which they have arranged for one night they will deduct the money but at the time of bill payment they have not deducted money. "
