The buildings are quite old so that’s the main downside of this accommodation. Its location is great (right by the Hamdeok beach), however the rooms are very old and have some mould smell. I stayed at a nearby hotel which was a lot cheaper but a lot cleaner.

A very unpleasant experience. Throughout my stay with my family, there was not a single day any housekeeping was done for the room. Furthermore, we were only been provided small hand towels for shower. For a 5-star hotel, I find this very disappointing.

great location for beach play for kids”

Sono belle is walking distance from Handoek beach. no stress for parking, no stress for shower. At the beach access, there are water shower and air gun, which make sand removal easier. The beach is shallow and good for playing in the waves. And there are lots of restaurants, stores near this location. I recommend this place for families with kids who love beach.

Es war sehr schön!”

Ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen. Sie ist 500m vom Meer entfernt, zu Fuß erreichbar, hat einen wunderschönen Blick aus den Zimmern, Balkon, genügend Platz im Zimmer, sauber, kein Teppichboden. Im 2. Zimmer hat es keine Betten, es ist leer. Dort schläft man auf Decken, für uns Europäer echt hart. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Fitnessstudio und die Saune kosten extra, das war schade, dass das nicht im Preis enthalten ist und auch nirgends steht, dass man das extra pro Tag bezahlen muss. Trotzdem ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

簡直用離譜來形容這酒店,給的那兩分,一分是給它近海灘,另一分是給酒店裏有便利店.住過很多酒店,從來沒有一家五星級酒店服務差劣非常!英文連ABC都不懂都算了,怎麼房間裏抹身用的大毛巾都要收費!只提供抹手用的小毛巾.雖然每一條大毛巾只是500WON不是多,但就是氣憤.另外,我們連續訂了兩晚,竟然收拾房間都完全沒有!連垃圾都完全沒有掉,一間兩星級酒店都會替客人收拾一下房間,掉一掉垃圾吧.這一家根本就不算是五星級,簡直離譜.絕對不建議入住.

어린이 동반한 가족여행객들 위주라 아이들이 뛰어다니면 고스란히 아랫층에 소리가 전달돼요 어른들 걷는 소리도 거의 발망치 찍듯이 들립니다 바닥에 앉아 있으면 지진같이 흔들림이 느껴집니다 이불도 겉커버만 깨끗하고 속통은 얼룩이 여기저기 있어요 위 단점을 잊고 다시 투숙을 고려할 만큼 조식은 훌륭했어요 담당 직원분들이 자주 음식을 정돈하고 필요를 채워주셨어요 아이들이 먹을 한식 반찬이 있어 좋고, 쌀국수도 맛있었어요
