Smell really bad!”
spacious room
Staff was not friendly at all, The room smelled really bad and badly soundproof (we heard all the conversation of the people next door even if there wasn't talking loudly).

Cheap”
Cheap
The annoying thing is I recently have no water in the middle of shower or pup. Water can empty suddently. Thanks god, I stay with my friend, so she can ask the staff when I was in trouble. That's will be really annoying if you alone and nobody help you. Sometimes is really hard to find the staff if you need them. They often not in place

Rooms smelt stale”
clean linen, air conditioning
The map on Agoda does not reflect its position, as it is right on a very busy road with traffic noise all day and all night. We also had something on the other side of the building that bumped against it when the wind blew, so hard to sleep. The rooms had not been aired, despite having a booking and the cupboards were covered in a mould which made them unusable. The staff were unhelpful in regards to activities in the area, and spoke limited english. We found the staff at a hotel nearby very helpful in this regard

It was okay”
the stuff was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was good
To tell the most difficult right in the beginning: the language was a problem, nobody spoke enough English for basic conversation and that was quite frustrating. On the other side the guy from the reception drove my to a warung with his bike the first evening and came to bring me back after I had eaten - what was really nice. The first breakfast was really good, but the second day it was just like a stopgap. There had been no Wifi - but it wasn't easy all over Pemuteran to get Wifi, even if it was supposed to be. There had been nice restaurants near of the Dago, also the beach could be reached within 5 minutes. My stay there was okay but I didn't feel really comfortable.

NO wifi at all, but generally good for sleeping”
Comfortable bed, good lighting, hot shower available
Despite being advertised as having wifi in rooms, there is no wifi available anywhere within the guesthouse. However, other hotels/ restaurant offers free wifi, so you aren't exactly stranded. Transport is also not provided, but there are many options available elsewhere or bemos. Rooms had lots of ants, but they generally minded their own business and does not walk over the bed. It has hot shower, but the pressure of water is really weak. Good lighting and comfortable enough, but location is along the main road, so might be noisy due to traffic. You can hear guests in other rooms as well. Restaurant right next to Dago Guesthouse is AMAZING! Cheapest and best meals I had in Pemuteran! Watch out for mosquitoes though!

Hotel was OK but nothing special”
Internet (once it worked) & comfortable bed
We had an ok stay at Dago Guest House. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it, but I wouldn't recommend Pemuteran itself either. At first there was no internet at all, but the staff were very helpful and soon we were given a portable router for our room. The internet was very fast.
