A little out of way”
I like the hotel but not the location as it was a little far away from everything. I got lost many times finding my way back to hotel even using Google maps. It hard to find though but I like the staff and the hotel itself.

I had to stay in a smoking room”
I booked a room through agoda and I’m not sure whose mistake it was but I was assigned a smoking room. I do not smoke and this made my stay uncomfortable since the room was smelly and had the usual smoking stains etc. Agoda should make it clear that the room we book is smoking or not because I didn’t catch this mistake. The hotel was unable to change me to a non smoking room on the day of check in.

I booked "deluxe single room" ~ at the front desk I was told I could get non-smoking room only when I book the room titled "non-smoking" or I need to pay extra to get non-smoking room~ Please put "smoking" on the title as well or guests will get confused~

It's ok the building is old. But I can see stain on the bed sheet and the room smells like awful. Not recommend at all.

Unforgettable stay”
Hotel is very well located in close walking distance to Midosuji road, Shimsaibashi shopping street and near to Dotombori. The reception staff who checked us in all spoke good English and were extremely polite and helpful in particular a Nepalese gentlemen staff who was extremely kind and helpful in providing us with all the assistance to our enquires and questions. We highly appreciate his kindness. Rooms and hotel overall are extremely clean and well maintained. Even by strict Japanese standards, the cleanliness is well above and exceptionally high. I like this Hotel DAIWA ROYNET and usually use this in Tokyo. Luckily, I could book this hotel through AGODA and stay with satisfaction. This hotel is very near from NANBA, DOTONBORI, SHINSAIBASHI AND HONMACHI. So, this is very good for not only business but also travel.

It was a pleasant stay. Check in and check out time is really considerate (2pm and 11am). The facilities are typical Daiwa Roynet chain but it is enough for a traveller who needs easy access to basic necessities. Location is also in a walking distance to Shinsaibashi and one station away from Namba.

Excellent experience in this hotel”
Price was so good! I stayed 3 nights only $290 something CAD! And the room was big enough for one or two persons, especially there was some space for your big luggage. Even though it's a little far from Shinsaibashi shopping street, but actually only around 13 min walking distance. And there's a Family Mart and a coffee shop nearby. And the staffs were so friendly and helpful. They helped me book a Kobe beef restaurant in Kobe by phone. And the room I stayed was non-smoking, even though I didn't request specially. And it was quiet at night. I will stay in this hotel next time when I visit Osaka again.

Well worth of your money! Convenient, cozy & clean”
The experience staying in this hotel was amazing. The hotel is located in a residential area. Quiet and across the street of a park. However, it only told us 10 mins to shinsaibashi downtown. The walk is short and safe. Also, the room is big enough in terms of location. We were able to put all our luggages and walked around the room. Amazingly, the bathroom is so big and clean! The staff came to clean the room in the afternoon and made the room very organized and clean. The staff were very friendly and able to speak in English and Chinese. It helps us a lot since we can't speak in Japanese. To sum up, I would definitely consider staying in this hotel again for our next trip to Osaka.

the hotel room is very new and clean. room size is not small compared to other hotels in the same price in Japan. the bathtub is nice and clean, very comfortable after a long walking day in Osaka. not far from Yotsubashi subway and there are some local restaurants nearby (we tried okonomiyaki). free wifi

Good location, reasonable room size”
Only stay for 2 nights, but very happy, will recommend to friends. Hotel is few minutes walk to Yotsubashi station. Friendly staff and helpful, they help us to search for train schedule to airport and help to arrange taxi next day and instructed the driver to take us to the station on time for express train to airport. Good room size, very clean, free wifi, breakfast is ok. Very happy with my stay.

Comfortable Stay”
This was the third Daiwa Roynet Hotel that we stayed during our 2 weeks visit to Japan. Most of the setting are similar and we were just like back to the "home" where we could easily indicate where were the plug sockets, how was the bathroom look like, and the comfortable bed. Love this hotel and would stay again.

Always like the Daiwa Roynet chain. Clean, comfortable, and business-like staff and services...but never too expensive. This location is not any different and the place was nice and quiet in a busy city. Will stay again.

Best room for USD in japan so far”
Got a deal on this, however could only stay one night... Its not to far from shinsaibashi, cheapest I could find. Staff, room and location all good for the price I paid. They are strict on check in 2pm and check out 11am....
