Great stay in Ginza”
Loved that it is connected to a 7 Eleven and it is on the same street to a lot of main shoppings and restaurants plus super near to the subway station. Staff was friendly and helpful in helping me book a restaurant through the app (it was in Japanese). My husband loved their drip coffee and I loved their Kose skincare small samples that they prepped which was great to use! Not to mention the bath salts for the bath tub which was great. The room was spacious enough and was comfortable. They are so kind to keep our luggages after checking out so that we could enjoy Ginza a little while looking before our flight at midnight. Will definitely stay here again whenever I am back in Ginza Tokyo.

Great stay in Ginza Tokyo”
Great location (near to the subway, 7 Eleven is right downstairs and near to the main shopping sites and restaurants in Ginza area) Staff was really helpful and friendly. They helped to keep out luggages after check out so we could enjoy Tokyo a little longer before our flight. Room was spacious enough and comfortable. It is rare to get a spacious room in Japan unless you paid for a premium class bedroom. Will stay again whenever am in Ginza Tokyo.

I stayed for 8 nights and the location and cleanliness were great. Most of all, I had an incident where I injured my leg and needed to go to the hospital, but I couldn't speak Japanese and it was a holiday so there weren't many hospitals open. However, the staff contacted several hospitals and found one for me. They even spoke to the hospital on my behalf and checked on my condition. Thanks to them, I was able to go to the hospital and everything was already arranged when I got there. I am so grateful and will definitely stay at this hotel whenever I go to Tokyo!

Our trip to Tokyo this time staying in this hotel was a pleasant experience indeed. The hotel is spacious (which is special enough relative to other hotels in Tokyo), clean, good service with helpful staff. There's also plenty of convenience stores around you with a little 7E at the ground floor. Location is superb with easy access to so many lines all around you. Easy access to Ueno, Asakusa, Ginza, Tsukiji, Disneyland, Shibuya, you just name it. We were also walking distance to Tokyo station, Ginza, Tsukiji and plenty of department stores for shopping. Wonderful experience indeed. The whole family loved it

The location is good. It takes few minutes to Tokyo station and Kyobashi station is cross the street. Ginza is within walking distance. 7 Eleven is on the first floor which is convenient. The room is clean and well-equipped. Staff is friendly.

Great Location”
Located in central area, the hotel is 10 minutes' walking distance from Tokyo Station and a few underground walking streets. Different kinds of food could be got easily. 7-11 store and a cafe could also be found on the 1/F and 2/F. The room might not be big enough but everything was clean and new. Microwave oven and laundry service were also available. It was an enjoyable stay.

Very good location, short few mins walk to Tokyo station, very easy for those that use JR Pass with frequent Shinkansen trips. 7-Eleven right at the hotel entrance, quick trip for drinks and snacks without stepping outside. Coin laundry accepts IC card payment (i.e. Suica); no need to save up coins. The room and the rest of the hotel are very well designed and maintained. The staffs are very nice and attentive. I want to especially give thanks to the cleaning staffs, always get a happy greeting and bow in the morning and even pre-emptive elevator pressed for me if closeby.

This hotel was perfectly situated across the street from the Kyobashi station on the Ginza line. It is a smaller station to easy to navigate and was able to go everywhere I wanted from this statin (Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza, Akihabara and Asakusa). Hotel is clean and staff extremely helpful!

Just one minute walk from 京橋站, 10 minutes from Tokyo station with underground route (exit 24). Room spacious with comfortable pillow and mattress. Big bath room and excellent cleanliness. Hotel is equipped with 3 washing and drying machines, and microwaves. Will stay here again when travelling to Tokyo and highly recommended.

By accident we booked a smoking room, luckily the staff was able to move us to a non-smoking room. The room was complete, including all necessary toilet items and electrical supplies you can think of. Close to Tokyo station, this was a good hotel to stay in.

We are returning travellers to Tokyo/Japan after the Rona borders have opened. Our usual hotel in Asakusa was not open so we booked the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Kyobashi for a change. What an excellent choice! The maps don’t do it justice. Super location with three stations close by and Tokyo station 2 blocks walk away. Easy to get to from Haneda. Lovely rooms, quite spacious for a Tokyo hotel. Lovely staff , very helpful and low key. A real winner!!

Booked early and got a great deal. Ideal location, 3 minutes to a metro line and 5 minutes to Tokyo Station. Loved the staff and there's a 7-11 on the 1st floor, our twice daily stop in the morning and evening.

Excellent location”
Just a straight road from Tokyo Station, only a few minutes walk away. Only one minute from the underground Kyobashi Station, it is convenient to go to Shibuya, Odaiba, Tsukiji and other places. It takes only about ten minutes to walk to Ginza, and there are many shopping malls along the way, all within a few minutes' walk. I especially like the dry and wet separated bathroom. The hotel only has three washing machines (including dryers), so you may have to wait a bit. It's very quiet at night.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. Facilities are very new. Everything worked perfectly. Even the bath had a sensor to automatically stop the tap when the bath gets full. Service was top notch. Location is great too. 5 mins walk from Tokyo station’s Yaesu Central exit. Just take the road on the right side of Tokyo Midtown Yaesu Mall (google maps sent me on a longer route when I first arrived). Kyobashi Subway exit 7 is directly across the street from the hotel. I would book this hotel again on my next Tokyo stay.
