This is a budget hotel, so you need to have expectations that are in relation to the price. It was clean and decent. The family that manages the business were really really nice to us. This isn't something you would have gotten in a more expensive hotel. Thank you!

I met 3 different people at the reception during my stay, and all were just great! They were all and always super helpful, 24h per day! Big thank you! The room is nice too, just the bathroom is soso… ;) But still very recommended

This hotel is in perfect location, next to convenient store and Mcdonald, across from Dawan beach! however, 1) check-out time is 11am, vs normal checkout time. 2) no coffee nor breakfast provided. 3) extra quilt being charged NT100 4) suggest renovate the bathroom to better condition. Still, good price-performance though!

The facilities in this hotel are old and run down, however it is otherwise clean. The biggest issues were the sliding bathroom door was heavy and stuck on the track (an issue if you're traveling with friends and want privacy) and the bed springs were worn down and sagging. Still, it's a low price and has easy access to Kending street. I don't regret staying here as I spent most of my time outdoors, but just be sure you can work with the drawbacks here.

Room was ok. pretty old. There was a problem with the plumbing when I arrived, which was very noisily fixed the next morning. Due to the problem the toilet bowl was filthy. even after I requested the room cleaned, they didnt clean the toilet, additionally, they didnt make the bed.

Grossly Misrepresented and Fraudulent ”
This place absolutely lies about the condition it is in, and then got rude about it when I asked. The front no longer has a convenience store and is absolutely falling apart. It looks like a bomb went off. The rooms themselves have light fixtures coming out and rusting, holes in the curtains, and overall are in a state of disrepair. The headboard of the bed was filthy. But, the bed was comfy and it's in a great location. I travel cheaply anyway, but this business is putting on a front that isn't representative of what they are. There's also a living room in what should be the lobby where a bunch of loud people hang out with a huge dog. One of my weirder stays in Taiwan. I'd expect this in maybe Cambodia or something. Treating myself to a better hotel tonight.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff!”
As a single female traveler, I was extremely impressed with the staff (and owner I think) as they were really helpful when I needed to cancel a room in another hotel. The staff spent about half an hour helping and making phone calls on my behalf. When I was leaving the hotel, one of the staff members walked me out to the bus stop and waited 10-15 minutes for the bus to come and then told the driver where I needed to get off to get the train. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Kenting.

Located at the foot of the road that leads into Kenting Park, with the beach just across the street, 7-11 and McDonalds and lots of restaurants nearby. Very quiet spot since it is just at the end of the Night Market. Hot water, bath tub, comfortable bed, large room -- and a big, gentle old dog at the doorway to greet visitors.

Good location which is just next to famous kenting street where you may shop or try local food as other night market. Convenient store directly connected with this hotel it means you can buy things anytime easily. Got a nice sea view room with wifi works well. The only problem have is no hot water for shower somehow during our two days stay in our room. Not a big issue for us as we visited in Sep 2013 however it maybe am issue it is for winter. In all, we will still stay in this hotel if we visit again.

Staff was very helpful. No internet in Bungalows - but not a big deal - enjoyed the quite. Bungalows are past the hotel - north about 400 meters - lots of parking - even during Chinese New Year. Included breakfast was coupons for McD's next to Hotel (apparently lots of hotels did this because the line at McD was 30-40 min each morning - other option is they will deliver a Chinese breakfast to your Bungalow - I should have taken this option! Room was clean and large.
